There were cars with booked appointments it was kind of confusing at first but the reps came out I'm sorry I didn't get all the names but it started with again a wonderful lady who steered me in the right direction. She let me know that they were down a couple of technicians and they would get to me as soon as possible. I was at ease right there. They explained everything to me the service was quick.
