“I LOVE LOVE LOVE Copy Center in Calexico, CA. They are great. I have rented a mailbox there for a few years. I don't even need to tell them my mailbox number when I go in there because they already know me. They don't make mistakes, I get all my mail, they are price friendly, and family run/operated so you always get great service. At my request, they help me with my Spanish as well! ;o) (IOW, they tolerate my attempts at Spanish since I am too embarrassed to use it around people I don't know for fear I will make a mistake.) The father and son basically run the store and they do a fantastic job!”

“Updated review- Finally I got a call back from the supervisor at this post office, Beinice. She pretty much told me that my claims were false, and that I shouldn't be making these accusations. Losing packages are never fun but being called as a liar is worse. I was furious. I knew for sure she was hiding something, that or the USPS finally decided to investigate the matter. The next day I had to go and pick up my package at the post office, which I didn't mind because that is still better than my packages being lost. I have been to this post office several times and all those times, a gentleman named mike helped me. Each and every time mike patiently helped me and the process was never a hassle. That is what a post office employee should be. Today my package was delivered to my door, instead of being left in the mailbox. The mailman was pretty nice and professional, no complaints there. I filed a official complaint against the rude, unprofessional employee beinice. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or telling people off over the phone is her thing, but I really hope that gets corrected.”

“Amazon used Estes Express Lines to deliver the furniture I ordered. The wrong order was shipped by Amazon to my house. As the driver was offloading the order, the driver very professionally had me check packages and to my dismay the wrong packages were shipped, and of course, payment was made in full. Without hesitation, the driver replaced the furniture and within the hour I received a cancellation order and have received a full refund from Amazon. The driver was very polite and professional. Estes Express cancelled my order all things have been resolved. Thank you”
