When I stopped by Home Depot last night, I was greeted by a gal named Terri. From the second she approached me, she went above and beyond for me and was extremely attentive to all my questions and concerns. She guided me to the right products and even gave helpful tips and pointers. She was happy to help, and I enjoyed her fantastic customer service. Thank you again, Terri! You were a great help.”
“UPS delivered an air conditioner for home Depot & the stupid UPS driver just pushed it off the truck onto the ground & it even had signs on outside of box not to drop & to have 2 people handle it. Home Depot gave us back money for it, but it was UPS driver at fault, not Home Depot!!!!! I suggest using FedEx!!!!”

Today, I came home to my refrigerator making loud noises, it's summer and they're busy, but Jim talked us through what it could be and what to do.
