“Rick helped us finish our kitchen remodel with all Cafe appliances. He matched every price out there and even sweetened the deal in his own clever way. I’ve shopped appliances everywhere and the big department stores are out of touch & don’t prioritize you. Rick brings the old fashion golden rule about business back to the forefront: customer first. Look no further, go see Rick!”
“Great company and great product.
People at the office are all nice.
Hoping for more people to open for their home for demo. Truly rainbow is amazing.”
“I needed a new water heater. I was able to purchase one and receive service the next day. The sales person who helped me was very helpful. The price was average for a 40 gallon gas water heater. If you need a quick replacement, I can recommend Home Depot.”
“I want to put a BIG shoutout to a sweet employee named Grace at the Murrieta Home Depot located on Madison. She went out of her way to help me over the phone about a home delivery. I had just purchased a good sized freezer for our garage and it was missing one of the bins on the inside of the door. She had to call me back to find out about this model and to talk it over with her manager. She called me right back with awesome news, stating that I would receive the missing bin in the mail in about a week to a week and a half. Such great customer service 👍🏻 she so deserves KUDOS from me as a valued customer. Thanks again GRACE and your manager.”
“The customer service is amazing at this Home Depot and they were able to help me with all my questions with towing and trailer rental. They even helped me hook it up and unhook and teach me more about towing. The rental process was seamless and very affordable.”
“Great experience and great service when releasing Pokemon. I tried to avoid Best Buy’s cause they open at 10 but this Murrieta Best Buy just makes it very welcoming. Manager is dope I wish I knew his name but always comes out to hype us up and talk with us.”
