The process was fast and smooth, and took away all the stress and bothersome steps that we would have had to encounter at a dealership. Manny understood our needs and time frames and made it happen. “Went in to open a new account with my daughter today and was assisted by Ryan Harris. He was super professional and even let her barrow a phone charger so she could download the app and go through the motions of using the app with her. We did not have an appointment but were helped within 30 minutes. The only complaint I have about this branch is that the drive through atm is out of service pretty often. But other than that, this is a great branch to do business with!!”

“I've been using this location thru the years as it's changed (most recent formally BBVA now pnc). The only major downside to this location in my opinion is that there is no drive thru ATM, there used to be one but I'm not sure when or why it was removed. There is a walk up ATM near the front entrance but personally I won't use that late at night/when dark out as unfortunately I do feel it would be a bit unsafe. If you are a pnc customer and wish to access a ATM at night I recommend the east hemet branch location off of meridian and Florida they have a drive up ATM and the location itself is a bit safer (street facing, well lit, lots more people and busy businesses around)”
“This is my preferred location and I tend to go out if my way just to use this branch. I prefer the location overall as it is more conveniently located to businesses I frequent, this location also has a drive thru ATM (as well as additional walk up ATM near the front entrance). Most of the staff tend to know me by name (well at the drive thru window lol) and that's always a pleasant feeling with any businesses. I've had a few hiccups occur while I was on leave for my pregnancy which was very stressful but they were pnc system issues and not really anything the banking staff could do about it and pmc definitely needs to make some software improvements in that department. But customer service is always excellent, seldom a line, and a clean well kept location.”
“The bank manager Jackie is the best. I had an incident which was very upsetting and I needed her guidance. She was so patient and kind to me, stepping in to help with my problem.I vote her Chase Manager of the Year!!”

“Upon sitting in the waiting room with my Grandma, Juan Nava Lopez came over and asked how we can be helped. He was very wonderful in helping my Grandma set up online banking and answering all of her questions about her account and making sure her debit card worked. “Nancy at this location is absolutely amazing. I came in looking for help with getting a cashiers check. Nancy was very professional and courteous. I really like this branch. The security guard is always very kind out front as well. They've done some remodeling which makes this place seem "less personable" but I get it. My only complaint is that no employee here knows the answer to one specific question. "Who is the trustee on title of the bank"? Why don't they know?”
“This is not just about the bank, as I've banked with Bank of America for many years and they've always been a great bank for me, this is about my small business consultant, when I opened a business checking account today and the person who helped me was Roberta Gonzales, let me tell you right from the beginning this guy was a professional he answered all my questions and then he went over everything before we finalized the transaction, he definitely did his job, above and beyond, in fact for a while there I thought he was the manager of the bank, he was so professional, anyway my hats are off to him, thank you Roberto for making it so easy”

“The lady that helps me was very nice and was out in no time.. being that I had a edd prepaid Visa card I just wanted the remaining balance on it which you cannot get through the ATM drive-thru ( the exact change) nor can the teller tell you your balance so you should know your balance before you go in.”
