“Excellent, I have been to about 3 other Cricket Wireless stores in the area around where I live wanting to purchase a new iPhone. Never felt comfortable at these places because of the sales people. When I walked in this store at Hemet and met the manager, Gonzalo, I knew this was the place I was going to buy my phone. What a nice gentleman and very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. Getting the Black 2026 Supra to us was only possible because of them. Dominic helped us secure a car despite the low stock. The color I wanted was so limited but he was the only one who was able to secure it and deliver the next day! He replied quickly, answered all our questions, and was so flexible throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service!
Julian even drove the car to us, an hour and a half away. He delivered it safely, walked us through everything, and made sure all our questions were answered before leaving.

“Had a great experience here on Thursday. Came in to switch our services from AT&T to Verizon and Kristy went above and beyond helping us with getting through the mess the AT&T had put us in. It took almost 2 hours to get everything situated and she was patient, helpful, and smiling/joking with us the entire time. On top of it all, she saved us so much money on our bill with the switch. 10/10 ?”
