Reviews highlight the friendly atmosphere, with staff often staying past closing time to ensure customers' needs are met. The center also offers quick and efficient faxing and copying services, often with no lines to wait in. Overall, Mt Plaza Mail Pac & Ship is recognized for its helpfulness, quality service, and welcoming environment.
I love the convenience of the easy parking and mailing services; FedEx, USPS, UPS, SpeedX, whatever you need; staff is busy but you're in and out, and always with a smile. Much better than the post office downtown. Family-owned and friendly.
