“A young woman, Lesley, at the store on Stetson, in Hemet,went way beyond expectations! She helped me with a delivery from the Smiling Retail Company who delivers. She tried to get the seller to give me a free return authorization for a $400.00 shipment. The vendor kept saying I was responsible for the charges to return six boxes of products which I found were useless. Lesley helped with connecting me to the Smiling Retail customer service and ultimately the vendors customer service supervisor. I did not time the assistance, but I'm sure her help lasted more than 75 minutes. Lesley absolutely deserves any recognition and monetary reward that FedEx or it's counterpart can provide to her!”

“Over the past few months, my experience at this USPS location has been consistently quick and easy. The customer service has been excellent every time I’ve gone in.
I typically only send letters and envelopes, and I’ve never had any issues with my mail. Everything runs smoothly.
This place might look a bit hidden at first, but it’s honestly a hidden gem. It’s also very clean and well organized.
Definitely recommend this location!”
