They do lots of fun gatherings with the residents to show appreciation and the property is beautiful, peaceful, and well cared for. “I lived here for a very brief period of time and I enjoyed it here very much. The place is located in the Richmond point area and for being located in Richmond, it is a really nice location. The place is in a gated community and the grounds of the property are super nice and well maintained. Every resident here has their own parking spots with plenty of guest parking spots to go around. The apartments are very large and spacious, with porches looking over various spots of the property, washer and dryer in the units and high ceilings (on top floors). There are plenty of walking trails inside the property and outside of the property which is great on a nice day. The staff here are really nice and the residents are for the most part quiet. If you have the chance to buy or rent here consider yourself lucky - very gorgeous place.”

“My family and I have been living here at San Marcos for a while now, and I can truly see this place coming to light thanks to the incredible maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor, Derrick, and the Maintenance Tech, Aman, carry themselves incredibly well.

They are both very respectful, highly professional, and they clearly know exactly what they are doing. Whenever you speak with them, they are sure of what they’re talking about and completely trustworthy. It gives us total peace of mind knowing the property is in such good hands. “I lived here for many years and really found this place to be HOME. It makes me sad to read all the negative reviews. The manager, Beatrice, was absolutely awesome. She cared about everyone and she took great care of the property. If you needed anything she was willing to help. Ray is also fantastic! We left the apartments because we bought a house but we will always love Miss Beatrice and will have a special place in our hearts for Montoya Gardens!”
