Lived here for a little over 3 years and only moved due to work relocation. We loved everything about the property and its location being tucked away and right on the water. Maintainence staff were awesome and very responsive. Amenities like the gym and pet spa were fantastic as well. Going to miss this place.

I stayed here for a year & some change. It was the most quietest, on point, close commute , and friendly people. The assistant community manager Nikki is the REAL deal. Staying at the exchange made my california experience better. I stayed in the Junior Bedroom and it was very spacious and comfortable.
