Work orders are handled promptly and communication is clear, with detailed reports left after service. The building is always impeccably maintained and fresh. Conveniently located, Aventine offers easy access to Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Oakland, and the San Francisco Bay Ferry. I’m contemplating moving to the East Bay area and recently toured Aventine. They are in a great location and the apartments I saw were in excellent condition. I particularly liked the public spaces. Brooke did an excellent job showing me around and I may be seeing her soon to sign a lease.
