“Went to Safeway to get a specific cut of meat. Walked to the meat department and spoke to Carlos the butcher and he got what I needed right away.... Super customer service and I could tell he was a great worker. Definitely recommend the meat department.”
“Got everything I needed at this grocery store. Apparently, they ran out of an advertised item but said they may get more in on Monday (today is Saturday). They narrowed the aisles. Barely enough room for two carts to pass each other. Then add in ALL the aisle displays and you feel the cramped quarters I'm talking about.
Overall, clean. Adequately lit, although half the lights are not on. Employees appear to be helpful but not very efficient. Saw a guy (apparently a shopper for online orders) pass me by at least 10X. I went from one side of the store to the other. He went back and forth. I saw him at least 3X in the meats section and at least twice in the produce section.
Everything you need is here but it's not arranged efficiently. But that's by design. They want you to have to go passed stuff you don't need or want, hoping you see something that you'll throw in your cart.
They do have a US Bank branch inside the store. Makes for convenient banking transactions while you're here. Like that!”
“I love Safeway! They have been around a long time and have the best quality and top products in grocery stores! Some products can be a little pricy at times but it’s worth every penny! They have constant sales going on so there’s always money to be saved! They always have freshly stocked produce, bakery items, frozen& fresh foods, and the employees here are very kind and helpful! Not to mention they always have holiday items in stock too! The store is always neat, clean & organized!”
“I've never been inside this store but I can't say nothing but GREAT things about the employees that work curbside!!! Every time, for the exception of 1 person, I've been greeted by a happy, kind, friendly and helpful employee. Great job on hiring the right people for the job!”
