“I've been a customer for a couple decades and I can't speak more highly of this company and the people. I always seem to end up with animals that have special needs, whether it's allergies, or sensitive stomachs, or IBD and Stephanie has been so amazing. When she didn't carry the kind of food that met the needs of my old GSD mix, she did some research and found a good food that he would be able to eat and ordered it for us. I appreciate that they make time for you when you have questions or need additional information. They genuinely care, they are vested in you and you pet thriving together. The staff are wonderful. I love this company and I am so incredibly appreciative of the people. If I could rate them higher, I would.”
“I can not say enough wonderful things about the two products I have purchasedMy story starts with a rescued wirehair pointer 2 years old that does not like being groomed and always needs it bad re: sticker magnet . Also we have a 9.5 year old Great Dane with arthritis well my beautiful cousin has a rescue called Lucky Dog Rescue of Madera CA she ask others in her tribe about these 2 and referred me to this company ! I can now trim and brush my wirehair easier with cbd drops and my Great Dane is jumping around with chews Miracle Thank You Thank You Thank You”

Staff is super friendly and very helpful, they took extra time answering a million questions from my kids. Very nice setup, good time just walking around the store and looking at all the incredible setups”
“This is my favorite Petco/unleashed. every staff member is so professional and helpful. The store is always well stocked and at checkout the clerk always asked me if I need any help with my rewards, etc.. The other Petco in Santa Monica on Wilshire never help me out and their food just for dogs is always either out or in the wrong labeled area so you pick up the wrong food Or leave without it”

“Plenty of parking, sponsors local dog rescues, has knowledgeable helpful staff with low turn over. My favorite is the dog washing stations. I have three 80 pound dogs. There is enough time to wash and blow dry a short hair dog, like my two Labrador’s. Not the case with my long hair cream retriever. I just use the full 20mins to wash her, put her in a robe and blow dry her at home. Wish the water pressure was stronger. The shampoos smell great and does not over power. The dryers are powerful. They give you two towels per pet unless you ask for more.”

“I would go with 5 stars because the Goomers are AWESOME, but I could never really find what I wanted or needed there inside the store. I can definitely count on dog food. It felt small inside with limited options for a variety of things I needed that day. BUUUUT Staff members are super friendly. Nice environment. Clean environment. Plus, THE GROOMERS ARE ALWAYS GREAT TO MY DOG AND I. My dog is a very nervous dog, and she comes out happy every time. SO HAPPY WITH THEM.”

“The employees at Centinela Feed are very knowledgeable, willing to help, and patient, especially at the Culver City location on Sepulveda. My pit/lab was going through a horrific allergic season. After the dermatologist surmised his allergies were environmental, I wanted to ensure my fur baby had a well-balanced diet. Well, this gentleman, I will update his name soon, took his time to recommend a diet that has surpassed the vet's prescribed grain-based diet that my dog hated. If you are looking for dietary solutions for your fur babies, I wholeheartedly recommend this Centinela Feed 100%”

“These folks at Petco literally saved our lives. We were in a bind needing airline-approved cages that met international pet travel regulations at the very last minute -I mean LAST MINUTE!!
Even though the store was closing, they were kind enough to stay and help us get the right cages and even assembled them for us on the spot. Thanks to their amazing service and genuinely kind hearts, we made it back to LAX in time to travel internationally with our two cats, avoiding what would have cost us thousands of dollars if we’d missed the flight.
