“Tuesday I desperately needed to know why my phone was doing weird stuff. I googled the nearest location to me and spoke with a person who could not tell me what store was next door to her. So,That was a no brainer....off to the location next to BJ's. When I walked into T-Mobile I was greeted right away. A young man by the name of Billy was nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I was in good hands and a happy camper when I left the store. Billy was able to restore my cell phone to it's normal state. This is the T-Mobile store you want to do business with. Trust me if you want good service. Thank you so much Billy, I will be back next month for my upgrade. You're the Man! Keep up the great work, you are such a an asset to T-Mobile. Chef Ann”
“Was'nt happy with the results they refuse to accommodate me for my phone so I had to purchase a phone of there's n even when I asked for a phone with extra memory they still didn't listen to me n sold me a phone with very little memory needless to say they don't listen to there customers but they get there money”

“I needed to turn in old equipment. I was the first person there on a Tuesday morning. (I gave the place a few minutes to open up because sometimes places don't open up when they say they will open up.) While I was being served, eight people walked in. Unlike me, they all had to take a number and sign in for service. Although there were two employees there, only one was taking customers. It was clear the other employee was working on administrative duties. I was given a receipt for the equipment. There is ample parking at this site. My recommendation: go early.”

“I just left cell service with Verizon after many years and am happily now using Spectrum. With the help of Danielle, I switched 2 phones to unlimited plans with Spectrum. “I've had to come here several times because customer support was unable to help me on the phone. Each time the wait wasn't too bad. All of the employees were super friendly. Tons of parking outside and a Starbucks next door if you need some caffeinated fortification. The store is super clean and large and they have a clear check-in policy. I was helped with a great attitude both times, I have to say Steven rocks, such a good dude, helped me solve my problem and even took the time to explain everything to me. I'll be headed back Friday for some more difficulties with the phone, not even angry about it cuz I know everyone's cool.”
“My wife and I went to the Redlands corporate store after our horrible experience at Verizon in yucaipa.We meet a associate named Angelina who treated us like family! She did for us all the things that the yucaipa store said was over or not available Including the phone that no one had, note yucaipa store is not a corporate store but Angelina had the phone!She explained everything to us and was honest and so helpful.She is an outstanding associate and does a Great job! “Frontier has been installing fiber optics in our neighborhood and I wanted to upgrade from spectrum. The technician did a great job of installing the box in the garage and we have 2 wifi routers with Ethernet ports. It only cost $10 more per month for 5X the speed and the price is locked in for 3 years. I recommend Frontier only if you can get fiber optics not DSL.”
