“I received immediate service on an issue regarding my replacement pre-paid phone. It was quick as possible and they were pleasant having to deal with a customer where they would not make a commission off of the sale of anything. Helpful and Fixed my current issues with set-up. Previous stores would not even deal with pre-paid customers. THANK YOU VERIZON FOR THESE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT PEOPLE.”
“Matt was incredibly helpful and patient with my husband and I. He also switched us to the 55+ plan as we are senior citizens and he wanted to help save us money.”

“My hubby purchased a phone for me here. I was not able to transfer my data on my own . I walked in after work one day. Brandon was very patient and knowledgeable with me. In the end I ended doing it at home. But his instructions were very clear and simple. Thank you!”
