“Called this AT&T Corporate Store from the parking lot of a horrible AT&T retailer owned by a third party, go figure. I inquired if they had a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max or an iPhone 14 Pro Max would also be okay. I was told they had one for an iPhone 14 Pro Max and i told him i would be right there. When i walked in, several employees asked if they could help me. I said, "I just called about a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and was you have one for an iPhone 14 Pro Max." A salesman assisted me and said I spoke to him. He was very helpful and progressional and had excellent customer service. He is the first person at AT&T who told me on the phone that you can contact AT&T directly and tell them you have the screen protector plan and are having trouble locating one for your iPhone in stores and they will ship one directly to you. In person he also told me that I could bring it in and they will install it for me. Really nice to say! His name was Edgar and should be commended for his due diligence and excellent customer service! For real!”
