I had gone to return some Air Maxes that had a bubble that was popped. He greeted me very nicely and helped me through the whole process.
I had asked if they had them in stock and he had said that the store typically doesn't have them in stock but still checked anyway. He then told me that he could have some shipped to my house, give me a refund to my card, or give me store credit.
I then ended up taking a look around and their back wall section has some great deals and selection. They also have a decent amount of deals on non-clearance shoes.

“I went looking for cues. When you walk in, it's a big open warehouse with a lot of pool tables! I did find several new and used cues. They carry several McDermott Lucky cues. They also have, gloves, balls, and other pool accessories. I did find several used cues, but nothing that fit my needs. I'm told that not only do they have good prices, but that they give discounts for league players.”

Only a 15min wait for the drilling of the holes. The owner was knowledgeable, patient & kind he pulled out balls that he had in the back so I can make a Great choice! Got a bundle deal for only $170(+ tax of course... Lol) he didn't try to sell me Anything I didn't need even though I asked about it ALL, he was honest and I walked out with Only what I Needed. “Got a new ball in and took it to Christopher (a month back in after not bowling for 14 years). I initially was going to reuse the layout I've had with the last few balls including a newer ball, and he asked me what I was looking for out of the ball and motion and advised me to change my layout, and came up with a layout that gave me exactly what I wanted out of the ball. Old school equipment in the shop with a very knowledgeable craftsman at work!(PS- be sure to bring cash! Cash only for outside balls)”

“I went in today to get some new shoes! I scheduled an appointment to get a fitting and everything. The 2 ladies working were a big help and super knowledgeable! They had me try on multiple shoes and run in them to see what pair was best for me and my body mechanics (they even recorded my stride to see how I ran)!
Ultimately, I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes, sunglasses and some guus!
I'll be going back when my shoes wear out and need some new ones! Thank you!”
