“Hawkins is by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced shop in town. You'd be remiss to go to anywhere else. I was traveling through the area when my check engine light came on, and I was lucky enough to find Eric after getting ridiculous quotes from the other rude, narcissistic mechanics in town. Eric never actually worked on my vehicle, I ended up doing the repair myself, but he went out of his way to talk me through it, told me where to get the part from, and even cleared the codes once I completed it. Super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable and honest, and has the best rate in town. I know- I've checked them all. I'd drive out of my way to have Eric work on my truck if I ever need to in the future. Life saver!”

David was nice enough to advise me to check honda first for any warranty coverage just to save some money, to my luck it had expired already. David was able to locate the part in 2 days while other shops said it will take up to a week and got it installed as soon as it arrived to his shop. Thank you David.”

“I had two nails and a huge piece of metal stuck in two of my tires, I was frustrated thinking It was going to cost alot to get new tires. I took my car in, and they were able to patch up both of my tires without needing new ones. And they are back to normal like nothing. I've been coming to these guys for years now... And it's always been for tires or other small mechanical work, and they've always done a good job never had a problem with them. And they get you in fast.”

“Absolutely amazing service. I put in a request for a tow through AAA and waited hours (almost 5 hours) to get a tow because the other company was short staffed so my tow kept getting pushed back due to distance. This other company friendly towing never passed on the call & just kept me waiting. After so many calls to AAA they finally were able to get the other shop to pass the call & thats when J&A came to the rescue. Withing 20 minutes they showed up and towed my car an hour away with no issues. 10/10 recommend.”

“We purchased a used truck and were told the truck had been thoroughly inspected and was in full working order; their term is blue certified. We found the driver's seat to not be fully operational. We face them two days and they then said they made the repair. When we went to complete the purchase we found the seat to still not be fully functioning. The manager said we could take it to a Ford dealer and the repair would be covered and that Greenwood would reimburse the $100 fee the other Ford dealer would charge us as the truck was certified through Ford. I took the truck to a Ford dealer near me; they found additional items needing repair indicating Greenwood Ford was not honest about the truck being in full working order. The dealer near my house said they will charge me over $200 per item needing repair. I am waiting to hear back from Greenwood regarding their integrity as a business; I trust they will stand by their word and cover the cost of all repairs as they insured the truck was in full working order yet many items are not fully functional. I will update my situation as it unfolds. UPDATE: the Ford dealer will be ordering the necessary parts to make the needed repairs and this will be covered at their cost. We appreciate the businesses keeping their word and trust the needed repairs will result in a fully functioning vehicle.”

“Highly recommend this locally owned business. I thought I needed a new battery for a car I recently purchased because I didn't have any maintenance history on the car, and I didn't know how to read the date code on the battery. The manager, Israel, showed me how to read the code, and tested and charged the old battery which was newer than I thought. He charged me nothing for the work and saved me the cost of a new battery, which many other places would have just sold me without checking the old one. I also heard from a friend that this is the best place in town for wheel alignment and suspension work”
