“Ozzy, Jose and the awesome staff are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. There is a large clientele of pro plumbers there, and a smaller pool of novices like me, and they offer great advice and service to all. I always enjoy going in, and particularly appreciate Ozzy's help and leadership in the store. I have not yet tried their cofffee, but it is available as is water. So stop on in and never have to deal with trying to find someone to help at home depot for 20 minutes again!”

“Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”
“When it comes to blankets, Korean blankets are the best. All the blankets sold here are made in Korea, and they are cheaper than other blanket stores in Koreatown and the quality of the products is excellent. I have purchased blankets about 7 times in the meantime... and I was satisfied with all of them.”

“I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review, because Savon is a go-to for me. I bought a fridge here for my first apartment, and Marsha educated us on why modern fridges are so terrible. Marsha is really the best, because she's the type of person where you can tell she's not BSing you. Years later, I bought another fridge here - not because the first fridge died, but because I moved out. That first fridge is still going strong 8+ years later with my roommate and I still have the replacement fridge 5 years in! We also bought a stackable washer/dryer from Savon, and then sold it back to them when we moved. Most recently, the washer at our new home started leaking as soon as we moved in, so we replaced it with another workhorse from Savon. Eventually we may switch over to more modern appliances, but in the meantime Marsha and Savon have been lifesavers for helping us save money and keeping these appliances out of the landfill.”
“Had a out of town project last month to handle last minute to sheetrock. not to big about 140 sheets of rock of 5/8". Thank goodness they had it in stock. The local supply house was not open. Just want to say thank you to Sara that helped me out. keep up the great work. ?”
“This is a great store. Took my knives to get sharpened here a few months ago and they did an amazing job. I had a serrated bread knife sharpened, and I made the mistake of running my fingers over it to see if it was sharp- well it cut all three of my fingers, and I didn’t even feel it until I started seeing ?.. and as expected, it sliced through my bread and left hardly any crumbs. You have to drop off the knife and wait a couple days for it to get sharpened so make sure you don’t need it for the next couple days or you have a back up serrated knife that you could use in the meantime. I will definitely take my knives back here to be sharpened, it was worth it.”

“Great place to buy car steros and the best deals.. I searched on amazon Walmart best buy and even other smaller Internet sites.. and these deals were way better than all of those places.. great man inside, the owner is friendly and helps u out so much with products and price ranges that u want.. and for the fat guy outside that does the labor discriminates, and will over charge u for labor. But u can just take the products somewhere else to install. I love this place and highly recommend”
“Only 11 Sears stores remain and this is likely the one functioning most like a full department store.
Items are oddly spaced out to give perception of fullness, but it does have complete department store sections. There were things in the store I’d actually buy, which can’t be said for a few other remaining stores. Appliance section is the most complete and would go there if I needed anything. Interestingly has a decent sized toy section though it’s oddly placed.”
“Say what you want, but with radioshack and Fry's electronics gone. This is the last bastion for in-store purchases. Fry's radio shack we're the only places where you could get things like diodes resistors and PCB components, adapters, wires and special connectors. Those are gone, if you want something you need to order it online now. You can't get it the same day because there are stores selling electronic parts left. They are all gone. Goodbye to an era. ”

“What can I say about Home Depot if you're having issues with plumbing or DIY projects this is a place to go on that particular day I had an issue with my AC hose. I didn't want to do anything fancy or get a new hose I just wanted to get it fixed and who help me with this issue was Mitch from plumbing very welcoming and very informed so if you have any issues always go to Mitch ( plumbing department} man needs a raise !!! Home Depot time to level him up or given a raise lol !!! He's one of the reasons why home Depot is a staple in the community !!!”

“This was my first time coming to this Home Depot location. My mom sent me to run some errands for her and get some gas tanks to light the heaters we have in outside. My plan was to be in and out and that is exactly what happened thanks to Deniz. That woman needs a promotion because she is such a kind sole as well as helpful. She helped me trade out the old gas tanks and find the exact new ones. Thanks to Deniz for such great customer service and exact guidance to the product. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!”

“I want to share an experience that I had with the Marina del Rey Home Depot. I went in for one thing, came out with 20, just like at a grocery store. I bought eight new outdoor chairs for my deck. I had a friend pick him up. There were only seven, and most of them had paint all over it. It was definitely paint because I tried washing one of the chairs. I emailed HD cares, and only got automated response. The automated response says someone will get back to you within 24 hours. That never happened.
The reason I'm writing this five-star review, is only because of Tanya, the customer service manager that helped me at store level when I came back to the store to get the wrong righted. She was a pleasure to work with. She was courteous, efficient, and smart. I like smart people because they think outside the box and find solution to the problem. Two days later, I had eight clean chairs that were delivered to my house. They picked up the seven that were damaged with paint and took him back to the store.
Whatever Home Depot is paying Tanya, it's not enough. They should give her a raise, or even better, promote her to teach and train other customer service individuals at the Home Depots nationwide. I know good service when I see it because I've been teaching and training sales and customer service for over 40 years.

“This is an incredibly run location. It’s always very busy yet you never get stuck in line for long.
Also every time I’ve been (5 times) someone has helped me quickly find what I needed or cut wood. I haven’t been to other locations in a while but it used to be a running joke how bad service at Home Depot was. Not the case at this location at least.
Also have good prices and excellent selection of in stock items.”
