“I was recently helped out by Hamlet from Unique Auto, he was so incredibly helpful. I work 8-5 with hardly any breaks but he was quick and responsive so I didnt feel any extra pressure of having to find time for calls or being put on hold to finally be able to speak to a rep. He gave so much detail about the process which made me feel taken care of every step of the way. He also took care of the whole process for me to get a reservation for a rental, booked me an Uber to be taken to the rental spot and made sure trading in the cars was a breeze.
The service they gave my car was amazing and truly A-Z! I thought i was just gonna get the body fixed but I got my car back with no damage, a ceramic wash on my car, an oil change, and a detailed and cleaning to the entire interior! They even moved around all the junk I had in little cubbies and the trunk to clean! (A little embarrassing!) But im so thankful for their service.

I was initially hesitant to use CARSTAR Glendale because the other driver’s insurance company recommended the shop as one of its preferred vendors. However, Vartan immediately eliminated every concern I had.
He made it clear through his actions that his priority was taking care of me and making sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, patient, and incredibly responsive. He explained the process clearly, answered every question I had, kept me consistently updated, and made sure I was never left wondering what was happening with my car.
Vartan also helped coordinate the rental-car process and made everything extremely convenient. What could have been a frustrating and stressful insurance claim became a smooth, organized, and genuinely positive experience because of the way he managed it.
The repair itself was outstanding. My car had significant damage to the front bumper, fender, and wheel, yet the entire job was completed in only three days. When I picked it up, the car looked like the accident had never happened. The paint match, body lines, panel alignment, wheel repair, and overall finish were exceptional.
The entire team at the CARSTAR Glendale location did incredible work, but Vartan is the primary reason this experience stood out so much. He did not treat me like another claim number or repair order. He treated me like a valued customer and took personal ownership of the entire process.
