He grabbed a battery jumper, walked almost a block with me to my car, got it started right away, and also explained what the issue might be and how to handle it if it happens again. He was kind, patient, and generous with his time. Really great customer service — highly recommend.”

“Would recommend Anthony’s to anyone! They were patient and communicative when I brought my car in after it was hit, even though there had been major challenges getting ahold of the insurance company. They made my car look perfect again after more than 4,000$ worth of damages. More recently, the undercarriage of my new car had become loose. They were able to evaluate it and fix it within 20 minutes and didn’t even charge me. I really am very grateful to know there’s a reliable body shop run by great people in my neighborhood.”

“Had an amazing experience here. Let’s face it, needing an auto body shop is not fun. Westway was highly recommended by my mechanic (Santa Monica Motors, also awesome) who is fair & trustworthy, so was looking for the same after my car rear ended. The owner Jerry was so helpful & Carlos, the key go-to guy was awesome. They have the contract with the city of Santa Monica which speaks volumes about their reputation & reliability.
Great service, my car was done in a week & looks fantastic, they even washed it. Highly professional organization, great service, work & priced fairly. Let’s face it, you hope you never need auto body work but when you do, it’s a comfort to know you can trust someone to do a great job, navigate the logistics without hassles.
They also have an arrangement with Enterprise & within 10 minutes of dropping off my car to the shop, I was picked up & in a rental within 30 minutes. Seamless. I strongly recommend them.”
