The only reason I did not give it a 5 star because there was a gentleman (presumably the owner, not 100% sure) was very rude to me and condescending. All I was doing was extending my rental. I would deal with Wendy she is awesone.”

“Due to the travel restrictions in my country with the hurricane thats traveling I am unable to travel. I tried the bot system but I lost connection and decided to call instead I received assistance from Mariana. She was very soft spoken, clear and calm. Mariana was very understanding and attentive and assisted me with making a new reservations very fast and accurate. She explained every step and ensured everything was completed properly. Thank you Mariana your assistance was greatly appreciated.”

“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“Very nice & clean location. Cars are washed on site and cleaned out for every renter right before pickup. I just had to rent while my car was being repaired. The day of my appointment, the only car left was pretty big for just me and it was a Friday. They told me to take it for the weekend, come Monday they’d have a fresh inventory and can switch me out. They kept their promise and that Monday switched me to a more comfortable car for the remainder of my repair. I was in and out in ten minutes. Every staff member I engaged with was kind and very friendly. Thank you!”

“I was so needing a vacation get away so I booked with Enterprise. While at the counter I met Ruby, who was beyond amazing- she was so down to earth and answered all my questions thoroughly! Her guest services was exceptional! I was greeted outside to choose a vehicle to my liking and I got in an SUV that looked clean when I got in but when I used the trunk- it had hair and what appeared to be a finger nail- that grossed me out. I didn't have time to thoroughly inspect the car when I left because I trusted Enterprise to do so for their customers. I may or may not return as a customer- We'll see!

“Really easy to order a car and have it delivered to Hotel. Picked up the phone (yay). We only decided to order a car the night before. Met at hotel and the paperwork was super fast. Octavio was super cordial. He took the time help set up Apple car play and answer questions about the car. BMW was super clean. And! Return was stress free.
