“I had a great experience with Enteprise. John at the Studio City, CA location went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my vehicle selection. The car that I originally rented was not my favorite but due to the available inventory when I had to select a vehicle, I took it. I called John to let him know that I wasn’t happy with the vehicle, and he followed up with me the next day as soon as a car was returned that he knew I’d prefer. That type of thoughtful customer service isn’t typical anymore. John made me feel less stressed, more excited, and genuinely filled with gratitude by his actions.
