1465 Tamarind Avenue, Hollywood CA 90028
“I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been with them for a few years and many more to come. A previous reviewer said exactly that—not flashy, just hardworking honest people doing an amazing job. I’ve had mailboxes in multiple states and this family owned business is the best, most organized, professional, on time, helpful establishment I’ve ever worked with. Pricing is straight forward and amazing for LA. $30/mo currently to do whatever I need, and I can buy one month or more. Most places lock you in 3 months and charge for keys, set up fees etc. but they don’t. Zero fees, nothing. I’m always out of town and can’t get my mail with no issue. I’ve even had to go one time late to get an important package and they waited for me to make sure I got it They check my mail for me, forward it, open my mailbox when I don’t bring my key (sorry but ily), they do everything. I’m out of town and just called and asked if I had a certain letter, and they took the time to check and forward it when I need. They don’t pester me about my bill—they’re there for me when I’m ready to pay. They’re great to build trust with and work with long term or short. While it’s rude to hold large packages for a while and you should never, they are still accommodating. Family owned, hard working, super friendly and respectful. I’m currently out of state and don’t want to transfer my mailbox because of how good I have it there, so I literally forward my mail here. Sounds crazy but it’s an honor to keep doing business with them!”

“While the staff is very helpful (and for this reason 5 stars), this location charges a $7 fee even for prepaid packages as they’re located inside the hotel on the third floor. If you don’t want to pay the fee, just walk to Walgreens in the Dolby theatre complex and drop it off there”
