“I needed a last minute rental to make Prom special for my niece, Ali and team pulled through clutch on a AMG G Wagon.
Super simple process, clean rides, and great guys.
As a business owner, elite customer service is something I value and actively compliment - First Class Exotics is Elite!”
“Highly recommend using this service! I've worked with enterprise and Hertz regularly for business and pleasure. I recently started only using enterprise and the past 3 experiences have been extremely easy at the Harbor blvd, Costa Mesa location. Looking forward to the next rental!”
“Another great experience with U-Save. I was lucky to work with Araceli (she was lovely last time as well). She was kind, efficient, and made sure I got the car type that I requested. The cars that U-Save provides are clean, drive well and well taken care of. They're also super easy to get to from the airport. If you're able to walk or being pushed in a wheelchair, they're only 5 minutes from the airport if you cut through the parking garage on the lower level.”

“It was time to upgrade a scheduled seasonal tune-up and the technicians delivered top-notch service. They arrived on time and left everything clean and working perfectly.”
“Benjamin is great. Very easy to work with. I rented twice for multiple months at a time during my stay in California. I personally am not big on corporate rentals and Turo is great but inconvenient when trying to extend rentals, AA Car Rental pretty much saved my butt while I was here. I'll definitely be coming back to rent here first when I'm back here. Highly recommended.”

“I rented a Lamborghini Urus from Newport Auto Galleria to attend an event. The car was delivered to me in perfect condition. Their customer service was top tier. Renting from them was easy. I was even added to their customer loyalty program to receive discounts on future rentals. I will most definitely rent from them again in the near future.”
“called to reserve a van for my family coming in from out of state. as told that they were sold out but had a couple 12 passengers. Eventually got one reserved and David was very professional to when he assisted us.Would definitely check out!”
“I've rented from this location twice now and both times have been exceptional, thanks to the great customer service from Josh and Asia. They were both super accommodating for our rental, helping secure us the specific vehicle needed for our trip. It ended up being an amazing car that we fell in love with! Thanks to them both for setting us up for a great trip + being so kind and helpful along the way. Rental cars can definitely be a hit or a miss, but the two we've gotten from here have been clean+tidy, relatively new and had no issues when driving long distances. Would totally recommend this location because the people there seem to really care about their customers and their experience. Thanks again!”
“I rent from here regularly for work. Joe (owner) and team are great to work with every single time. I have never had an issue with the vehicle, am always treated well, and leave with a positive experience. I recommend renting here as they are best in class.”
“Joe provides amazing customer service every time we visit. He always ensures we get the best rates and clean vehicles. It has been a pleasure doing business with him for the past two years.”

“This location is often busy but I think the staff there is really professional and very helpful. This local location always has cars and when they are short cars they work to help you get the car you need. The staff also always works hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible.”
“The experience I had at this location vastly differed from other reviewer posts. We rented a one way cargo van from them and from the beginning, they were very accommodating to both my mom and I. Van was clean, comfortable and topped off, exactly what we reserved. We had an extra charge that was immediately refunded once notified. ALL staff members were friendly and super patient with us. A+ and Thank You!”
