“I had a reset Igor a Penske truck. Apparently the location was at a small one man office location in a suite of offices off of Birch and Mac Arthur. But there was an out of date directory, no Penske trucks in sight, no one answered at the office for Nagashi Inc. and come to find out this online reservation was lined up as a One Way out of state. WHICH WAS INCORRECT, I ended up reaching ABC RENTALS which not only answered the phone the guys was extremely patient to listen to me try to explain what was happening. I don't know about you , but these days most people want nothing to do with your problems. These gentleman said they had a rental of exact size they needed and could get me going asap. I got there in less than 10 minute and was very relieved and glad to have come to this little tiny location in my backyard and got the full on friendliest treatment. I HIGHLY Recommend ABC RENTAL for a no nonsense moving truck rental experience. Harry was great and the gentleman who answered my call was beyond patience and helpful for us. Thank you !!!!”

“I've rented from this location twice now and both times have been exceptional, thanks to the great customer service from Josh and Asia. They were both super accommodating for our rental, helping secure us the specific vehicle needed for our trip. It ended up being an amazing car that we fell in love with! Thanks to them both for setting us up for a great trip + being so kind and helpful along the way. Rental cars can definitely be a hit or a miss, but the two we've gotten from here have been clean+tidy, relatively new and had no issues when driving long distances. “Booked through Costco the night before. Arrived at 830 AM to pick up the car. Staffs were very friendly and gave me a free upgrade. The car was brand new and has plenty safety features and most importantly it has Apple CarPlay. Overall a very pleasant experience.”

“Really affordable and friendly staff. Quick pickup from airport (though note, the company isn’t located at the airport and is a 9 min drive away).No issues checking in and out. Also note to bring your car insurance information and policy number otherwise you’ll need to purchase theirs, and don’t go on toll roads unless you get the EZ pass from them (otherwise the charge will be high even if you didn’t mean to take the toll road).”

“The experience I had at this location vastly differed from other reviewer posts. We rented a one way cargo van from them and from the beginning, they were very accommodating to both my mom and I. Van was clean, comfortable and topped off, exactly what we reserved. We had an extra charge that was immediately refunded once notified. ALL staff members were friendly and super patient with us. A+ and Thank You!”
