About Hertz Car Rental - Huntington Beach - Beach Boulevard
Hertz Car Rental - Huntington Beach South HLE offers a variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks. The location is known for its great customer service, particularly from a long-time employee named Ed, who is recognized for being professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Many customers appreciate his ability to handle multiple clients efficiently, making the rental experience quick and easy.
However, some reviews express dissatisfaction with pricing practices, specifically regarding the "manager special," which some felt led to unexpected costs and confusion. While the rental prices are generally seen as reasonable, there are concerns about hidden fees that can accumulate.
Overall, the location provides a smooth rental process, and customers have reported receiving clean vehicles ready for use. Issues with vehicle condition, such as tire quality, were addressed promptly by staff, leading to positive outcomes for renters. Many customers express a willingness to return to Hertz for future rentals, citing the helpfulness of the team and the ease of the rental process as key reasons for their satisfaction.
