CVS is a busy store that offers a range of services including pharmacy, retail items, and COVID-19 testing where available. The pharmacy staff, especially pharmacists like Vina, are highly appreciated for their helpful and caring attitude, often going above and beyond to assist customers with prescriptions. The store staff are generally helpful and friendly when customers need help finding items or making purchases. Customers have praised employees like Shelby and Gerald for their assistance. However, some experiences have been less positive, with reports of rude behavior from certain customers and some employees. A cashier working in the morning was described as rude and inattentive, skipping customers and giving short answers. There was also an incident where a customer yelled at a cashier at the self-checkout, demonstrating that patience and kindness are needed from all shoppers. Overall, CVS is a place with helpful staff and good service, but it can be crowded and sometimes stressful due to high demand and customer behavior.
The employee at the front of the store was very rude. Told me the bathroom was broken after I just watched someone walk out of it won’t be returning to that particular CVS. I know Everybody has bad days, but this is not the The first incident with this woman at the store.

Really wish this CVS pharmacy was 24 hrs. At least open earlier than 9 or 20 am.
July 2025
On July 7th, at 4:02:58 PM, I was paying at the kiosk, and a message popped up saying I needed staff assistance. I went to the staff and paid again at 4:09:28 PM, but I was double-charged. I checked it after coming back to Korea. Can you help me resolve this?
