Jiffy Lube in Huntington Beach, CA, is a popular choice for oil changes and preventive automotive maintenance. Customers appreciate the great team and fast service, often highlighting the professionalism and personable approach of staff members, particularly one named Lesly, who has received commendations for her exceptional customer service. Many reviews mention the efficiency of the service and the convenience of no appointments needed. However, there are mixed feelings about certain services offered, with one customer expressing dissatisfaction over being asked to leave their car during the process, hinting at a possible push for upselling additional services. Issac was the biggest help of all time. This place is amazing they are the only mechanics I know that don’t overcharge. 100% 5 star review

These guys are awesome, I got there at 5:15pm, when the shop closes at 6. They were super cool, said don't worry about it and took care of my oil change and filters very quickly. Appreciate the customer service.
