“I just needed an oil change and someone recommended John at the mobile station. Went there today and John was able to get my car right in and taken care of and I was out in less than an hour. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need Like some of the chains do and he was very reasonable on the price. He was also very nice and polite. I felt that he was trustworthy, so I will probably start bringing my car to him and may even start getting my gas from him as well! Very satisfied customer.”
“If you need a review of a gas station, I won't be much help. It's ARCO, so it's inexpensive and sometimes I see the clerk who draws super well. It's also, literally, the closest has station to me that doesn't insult my i intelligence in their commercial advertisements.”
“Costco in Laguna Niguel is a great place to shop, with an excellent variety of high-quality products at reasonable prices. The food selection is impressive, with plenty of choices including fresh beef, lamb, fish, delicious pastries, and a wide variety of other groceries.
The wine selection is also very good, with plenty of options to choose from for different tastes and occasions. Everything is well organized, making it easy to find what you need.
The Optical Department is another highlight. They have a good selection of stylish frames, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Overall, Costco Laguna Niguel is a convenient one-stop shopping destination with great products, good variety, and excellent service. Highly recommended!”

“I always stop by this ARCO because it consistently delivers on all fronts. The gas prices are unbeatable, making it my go-to for affordable fuel. Inside, the mini mart is spotless and well-organized, which makes grabbing a quick snack or drink easy and pleasant.
A special highlight is the fresh roasted bean coffee machine—nothing beats a hot, fresh cup of coffee when you’re on the go. The customer service here is truly excellent. A big shout-out to the friendly and helpful team, especially the brunette girl (I wish I knew her name), Edwin, and Juan. They always make the experience welcoming and enjoyable.

“I’ve been coming to this car wash since the mid-1980s, and ever since the new ownership took over, the prices have become noticeably higher than any other car wash in town. I hope the new owners take that to heart, because loyal customers definitely feel it.
That said, I want to recognize the exceptional service I received from Luis Garcia. My newly painted vehicle had some surface scratches — not caused by the car wash — and Luis went above and beyond to help. He applied hand wax and carefully worked the area by hand using microfiber towels until the scratches were removed. His attention to detail softened the blow of the higher prices and reminded me why I’ve stayed a customer for decades.
Luis Garcia is a standout and truly deserves the credit.”

“This is a review of the air tower machine at this location. It is state of the art. It takes quarters AND credit cards. Which is quite a life saver. During this pandemic quarters are kind of hard to come by. The machine works 24 hours a day. It's preset at 32 pressure, but you can change it if you want. You just stick the thing into your tires and the machine will beep when it reaches the pressure. I don't think there's a timer, or if there's one it must be a long timer because I took quite a while doing my four tires. The cost is $1.50 if you use coins and $1.75 if you use credit card. I first tried the mobile station across the street. Their machine is not as nice, and it doesn't take credit cards. OK, as to the rest of the station.... compared to the other 3 stations on the corner, this is probably the second nicest one in terms of how well lit it is at night and how new the equipment is. Chevron is probably the cleanest and newest looking and most well lit. But the 76 is pretty close behind. I don't really pay attention to price, but if price is the biggest thing then the independent station across the street probably has lowest price.”

“This place is really great! It's pretty simple and easy to use. It's also very inexpensive and well maintained!BRING A TOWEL that you don't mind getting dirty to finish drying your vehicle at the end. I also like to open my doors, trunk, and fuel-cap to wipe the edges clean and dry.You exchange money for coins and use coins to start a timer in one of the 3 or 4 car stalls and have access to a number of products (3 coins minimum to start).You twist a nob to select what's active.High pressure nozzle with squeeze trigger to turn on high, let go to go low/drizzle:* Just water.* Soapy water* Clear coat polish.* Maybe 1 or 2 others.Large soft-bristle brush (not for tires or engine):* Tri-color foam.* I forget what else this can do.Brush for tires/engine:* Tire/engine oil of some sort.Medium/Low pressure nozzle with trigger:* I forget what product comes out of this one.Hand used air dryer / blower "gun".They now accept credit cards, too!I went with $6 and that gave me over 15 minutes to use the various products they have. I went with high pressure water, high pressure water and soap, tri-color foam brush, high pressure water again, high pressure clear coat polish, high pressure water, air gun to dry it a bit until it turned off.”

The cleanest bathroom I've ever experienced in a gas station and they have some big deals going on for the energy drinks of 4 for $6.99!!!, and dont know for how long but if you need a boost of energy on the go the come stop here for sure! With really nice lady customer service as well. If you need to pre wash your vehicle windows or more they have it all stucked up outside also while filling up your vehicle. Highly recommend!.”

“First review of 2023.Just got my gas at the station, price seems pretty fair at this time of year.I made a mistake and went to the wrong pump and the gentleman at the register helped me swap pumps without a hassle.I didn't even pick a pump so I rushed to swap pumps. Before I even told him which pump it was, he already swapped to the correct station I was on. And honestly I think that is the best customer service at a gas station.I have some reserved comments about the one star reviews I have seen. About losing dollar bills leaving that the register, this is your money, you should atleast watch the guy take it before leaving. And the other about taking change out of a few bucks, bro this is a gas station not a bank.Anyways, if I am in the area, will visit this gas station again.”
