“Great location; this store ranks at the top of my list. Always clean and well-stocked. The team members are truly top notch; and what makes this store in particular the best one I’ve been to. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and genuinely engaging. If you need something, they’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. In an era of dwindle customer service and staffing, this store bucks that trend.”

“Extremely clean and well organized. The staff here is extremely helpful and polite. It's like me welcomed into a home more than just a store. Whatever the manager is doing here keep it up. The bathrooms are always super clean. Just avoid being here while high school across the street is on lunch it's like an invasion of locust when they're there.”

“I never really shop at Sprouts as there are 1/2 dozen grocers closer to me, but I was in the area and needed a few things. Here is my take on this location. It is clean and the employees are super friendly. The coffee place on site is really good as well.
I only purchased a few items but everything I did look at, the items were well stocked, and the displays were clean and well maintained.
I went in for precooked chicken for a salad. They also had a salmon, green bean and mash potato meal that looked super appetizing, so I picked that up as well. Their wine selection is lacking in comparison to their competitors, but I did find a Pinot Noir that sounded interesting for around 10$ that is in a can. Funky, but it's actually really good. Think it's called Elemental I or something like that.
Positives- It was clean and the already cooked (throw in the oven or microwave) food selection was plentiful enough for me to choose from. People were nice and there were plenty of checkers. I'm guessing the food is better for you at Sprouts?
Negatives- It is pricier than larger grocery stores and TJ's. The wine price point is definitely higher per bottle than TJ's as well.
I would recommend this store if you are in this area and have the money to spend.”
“This place is always clean and just a stones throw away from the dog beach. Always willing to offer my dog some water when we’re getting a sandwich from the deli. When I recently went, I bought a scratcher and paid for my sandwich with the money won from the scratcher. The cashier was really funny and made it the most memorable lotto scratcher win ever.”
“Been going there for over 40 years and no one knows who i am. People change a lot there I guess. Smaller than most markets which is great.
Real butchers there. Fish area is small and no fresh fish. Mostly frozen defrosted

“I shopped all over looking for my favorite Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing that Ralph's stopping selling. As I entered the super friendly cashier, Cecilia, greeted me & made me feel welcomed. I usually don't ask for help but she made me very comfortable so I did & she was able to show me exactly where to find my favorite dressing. I never realized how many great items Grocery Outlet had. Cecilia was very helpful. Now I am a regular at Grocery Outlet because of the better prices and the lovely employees.”
“I had a fantastic experience here. The quality of the ingredients is truly top-notch.
I was especially impressed by the spicy barbecue chicken pizza. The combination of white meat chicken with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on a rising crust was absolutely delicious. It hit that perfect medium-hot spice level that I love.
Everything tasted so fresh and well-prepared. I will definitely be coming back for more soon.”

“Great place to stop in for your craft beer or extensive wine selection. I enjoy the variety of single tall boys of seltzers and hard kombuchas. Sometimes I'm craving just 1 and it's nice to have that here. Bill is great and always helpful, asks about my day. Mario is phenomenal too and always in a good mood. This is a great place for snacks, ice cream, and even a slushie!!! Great stop just before the beach prices sky rocket!”
“I grew up in this neighborhood. When Steve(the original owner) was running the store. I'm pretty sure he knew my siblings and I by name. We would save quarters and go play arcade games and buy as much candy as we could. He was so kind, he would sometimes allow us more candy even if we didn't have enough money. I have been there recently, and the place hasn't changed much, other than his grandkids running it now. It looks and feels the same. People at the register always have a smile and are very nice. This place will always be one of my favorites.”
“What's there not to like about Costco? I always come in for 3-4 things and end up leaving with 10 items. Tried Sam's club membership but even going in there for 1 thing I left with 1 thing, thinking there really isn't anything there I want. Costco, my allegiance is to you. Always and forever”

“Came in here randomly on an evening. I’ve been feeling down because my cat has cancer. She’s my best friend and I came to buy tuna for her (her favorite tuna is sold at Sprouts) and my go-to pistachio muffins from Sprouts as a treat for myself. I got the tuna, muffins, and went to check out. The head cashier Lee smiled at me and asked me how I was doing today. I know it’s a seemingly small gesture, but I started tearing up a little and a grin appeared on my face. I told her the truth, that my cat is dying. Lee genuinely empathized with me and gave me sincere, kind words of advice. I went home and gave my cat the tuna. She purred. I ate my Sprouts pistachio muffins and everything was right in the world at that moment. Thank you Lee and Sprouts Huntington Beach team for brightening a dark day for me! :)”
“I’ve been shopping at Albertsons or Vons my entire life. This one is one of the best, even though I’m not a fan of the layout with the split aisles.
The staff are always the friendliest of any grocery store in HB.
They always have everything in stock. The store is huge so they always have a very large seasonal section, which is great for Halloween and Christmas.
Parking is convenient and usually plentiful.
I live less than a mile away, so on my smaller trips I bike down. The shopping center has a very small bike rack by the Cardinal Dental office that can fit 2 bikes.
My only advice would be to NOT come here between 12-1 and 2:45-4. The high school gets out at this time and it becomes a bit of a playground for the kids.
I usually go Wednesday or Monday mornings around 9am and the place is pretty empty.”

“The dudes behind the counter are cool and they got the bucket of cheap shots right there on the counter. It's very convenient since it's right next to the laundromat that has arcade games. It's a mellow way to spend a couple hours doing laundry and playing puzzle bubble and they have a good selection of interesting drinks as well. Like interesting sodas and sparkling juices.”
“Just your ordinary Albertson. Super convenient! I do like the fact its close to home. I like coming here for groceries. Also I like where its at. The location. There's food joints around here. Whether you want Starbucks, Poke Bowls, Bagels, need a DryCleaner, hit the carwash, heck theres even the bank across the street. A simple trip for most of your needs all with a mile radius. Nice!”

“Five stars, mainly for the staff. I've been to a lot of Trader Joe's locations where I get asked so many questions or offered so many suggestions that it actually becomes overwhelming, to the point where I've left without the things I came for or without anything at all. That's never been the case here. The staff at this location are helpful and genuinely kind without being overbearing about it, and it makes shopping here so much easier.
My only wish is that the store itself was bigger, but that's obviously not something they can control. Overall, this is my go-to TJ's and a big part of that is the people who work here.”
