The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and has plenty of parking, which makes visits easy and stress-free. “I really enjoy this facility. This was my first time renting and I’m happy I did it. It mad my move much less stressful. They offer carts to take things in although they are not always available. Most times they are! The main reason I really wanted to leave a review was to rave about Joe and his exceptional customer service! Joe went above and beyond to help me during the rental process and specifically chose a location of my unit closest to the elevator as possible because I recently had a stroke and I was very stressed out about moving right after I got out of the hospital. Joe made the experience as seamless and easy as possible. He helped me lock in the first free month after going back and forth for a while due to financial concerns. He very kindly made himself available to me after hours answering my text messages with questions that he certainly did not have to answer while he was off work. I was and still am very grateful for all his help. Joe has been the most pleasant part of my experience. He was definitely a light during a very dark time and I am so very grateful to him for his wonderful customer service! Thank you once again, Joe! You are a delight and wonderful customer service representative. There were some dead bugs inside of my storage unit and outside of the door which was definitely off-putting and gross (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) but I haven’t seen any live bugs or creatures as of yet. This is not Joe’s fault, of course. I have not been there that often however. As long as they don’t jack up the prices like I’ve heard horror stories with many other storage places then I will be very happy with my overall experience and glad I did it! Make note, they are very strict about being out of the gate by 10 PM so just be mindful of that if you are someone like me who is constantly running late. Set your alarm far ahead of time as you only get two strikes and then they cancel your contract. Happy storing, folks! Thanks again, Joe!! You’re an absolutely awesome rockstar and employee! God bless you for your continued kindness, patience, and compassion for my situation.”

“Used this storage for 18 months. Very clean and they have a lift for your heavy furniture which made an upstairs storage easy. Very professional staff and I felt all of my things were safe. No bugs or rodents. Everything was in perfect condition. I would definately use them again”

I wish they were open a tad bit later, BUT nonetheless, what can I say? They have really good deals and all sorts of different storage unit options; INCLUDING various sizes to choose from, 3 floors (all quite easily accessible), you could have your unit in vault if you want that extra security, as well as air conditioned units, and even locker options! And I don't mean the types of lockers from school, no, they're much bigger than those ones and perfect size if you just have a small amount of stuff you'd like to store. You even have the ability to store vehicles, trailers, boats, motor homes, (and more) here if you need to. It is basically like an all in 1 place! They even give you your very own personalized gate access code, how neat!
And they of course, have insurance options too (which is included in your total when you rent a unit as well)! Oh and not to mention, they have an AMAZING staff! I won't name names, for various reasons, BUT just know that they are tremendous. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
If you're reading this because you're looking to rent a storage unit or something of that nature, then I suggest you stop looking now. You've found your new storage facility to rent your unit! Congrats! Hope you find that everything suits your needs here. I am quite positive that you will!

“I'm glad I went with Thunder Storage, instead of my usual "Extra Space Storage"! Nothing wrong or against "ESS", it was Darcy customer service and their storage unit facility, that had me sold! The place is only 2yrs old, so everything is clean and looks well organized. It's family owned, so it's a little pricer, but not enough obviously, to break a deal. Overall, I'm happy and satisfied with my choice. They also play music throughout the whole storage facility which is cool and hand out a goodie bag (t-shirt, cup sleeve for drinks and stickers)! A+”

“If you want movers who are not only professional and efficient but also genuinely kind and thoughtful, you must hire Monster Moving Company. From the start, Andrea was great and very responsive over the phone, helping us coordinate our move date, which we had to reschedule a couple of times. She was so flexible and made it all happen smoothly.
We recently completed a two-day move across Lake Forest, Dana Point, and San Juan Capistrano, and we simply could not have done it without the incredible team of Ruben, Eric, David, and Rick. Their professionalism was outstanding, especially their care when navigating our very heavy marble table through tight spaces.
But what touched us most was their sweet and attentive demeanor. I was trying to carry items myself, and Ruben and Rick immediately stepped in to help with a kindness that was truly humbling. They were working so hard and yet moved with such grace and ease, they were like acrobats.
This team, along with Andrea's excellent coordination, turned a stressful experience into a smooth and positive memory for our entire family. We are so grateful.
