Been going here for about six years. They are sometimes busy but always move quickly. Never a long wait. I do a lot of amazon returns here and they are very patient with all the shipping but I do make sure everything has its code and ready to go so I’m not holding up the line. They always appreciate me. Friendly staff.

Came in today to do some returns for Amazon. I had a lot of returns and Paul was so kind and patient! He even stayed a few minutes after closing!

The UPS Store was amazing! I had 15 Amazon returns and the owner was very patient and understanding when returning the items. He stayed open past close to make sure we returned everything. Could not recommend this UPS store more!
