“Love having this mailbox express in our neighborhood. Friendliest and most efficient service you can find anywhere. I would like to mention one employee in particular, her name is Beth. She has been there quite a few years and she knows her job like the back of her hand. Beth always welcomes every customer with a smile and knows many by their names. It’s like going to a country store where everyone knows everyone. With all the services they have to offer there’s no need to stand in long lines at the U.S. post office, UPS stores and other mailing service centers. I will continue to use Mailbox Express for all my packaging and mailing needs as well as shopping there if I need a Special card or small gift to give someone. Thank you for your wonderful service.”

“The owners/employees make this place pleasant to be for enjoyable accommodating services senior discounts for those over 65 on Tuesday/Wednesday Lin manages to work with your schedule for appointments and get you in quickly if she can. I recommend the facial, haircut, manicure/pedicure, shampoo and blow dry, face wax,My Mom goes for perm and haircut my husband goes for haircuts. We all enjoy the salon and the other clients are all pleasant too. The 3 of us agree Edwards Salon has earned five stars from each ( I will post review to reflect the 3 of us with the same sentiments”

“I have used this UPS store for many years. Have no problem whatsoever with over a thousand of shipments over the years. The staffs are professional. They are not over-the-top friendly like as some unrealistic customers might have expected, but they are friendly enough and efficient. This is why they have my repeat business. I have experienced way worse service in other near by mail centers. This is the best UPS store in northern Huntington Beach. Highly recommend.”

“Vincent was very helpful when renewing my passport albeit there were some bumps along the way. My initial photo he took was rejected for quality. When I got the letter I was quite flustered, and he was very kind and assisted me to retake it and sent it off again with no additional cost. He was very patient and made sure I had a good photo!”
“The BEST post office I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s not by where I reside. However, I decided to make the drive here to get mine and my kids’ passports here and I was not disappointed. We arrived at 2pm, appointments were at 2:15-2:45(for 2 kids). We got out of there before 2:30pm including my passport renewal processed. Definitely recommend this location ?”
