“Love having this mailbox express in our neighborhood. Friendliest and most efficient service you can find anywhere. I would like to mention one employee in particular, her name is Beth. She has been there quite a few years and she knows her job like the back of her hand. Beth always welcomes every customer with a smile and knows many by their names. It’s like going to a country store where everyone knows everyone. With all the services they have to offer there’s no need to stand in long lines at the U.S. post office, UPS stores and other mailing service centers. I will continue to use Mailbox Express for all my packaging and mailing needs as well as shopping there if I need a Special card or small gift to give someone. Thank you for your wonderful service.”

“I have been to this UPS store dozens of times and have always received excellent service. Adrian and Andrew, in particular, are exceptional. These two professionals could manage and run an office services center in a large corporation or law office. In the many many times I have been there I have only experienced and witnessed 5-star quality service. Accurate printing, copying, scanning, shipping, notarizing, explaining, are all provided with genuine courteousy, helpfulness and kindness. I leave there with a smile on my face every time. This store is a go to!”

“Vincent was very helpful when renewing my passport albeit there were some bumps along the way. My initial photo he took was rejected for quality. When I got the letter I was quite flustered, and he was very kind and assisted me to retake it and sent it off again with no additional cost. He was very patient and made sure I had a good photo!”

She was able to customize a box to the awkward size of what I needed shipped and she had all the tools and took maybe 2 minutes (first I went to USPS but they were completely incompetent). The customer service was amazing and fast and they got everything I needed done at a solid price”
