This bank loves giving the run around in asisting prospective new clients thier personal bankers not only lie, give run arounds but end up not helping and are rude. This is a terrible branch. I went to another bank had absolutely no problem and opened an acct for my mother the same day elsewhere.

This is the worst branch of this bank. The staff is unprofessional. This is the second time I've gone to this branch, and the second time I've left with an unresolved problem. A waste of time. I don't recommend anyone go there. After this experience, I'm thinking of closing all my accounts with this bank.

I had been so many Wellfargo of the branches ...but this branch the most nice and convenient . Kelvin & Hai do alway make me happy. They tried their best to help me out when I was so suffering about my identity thief from someone. I'm a victim of a fraud... Thank you so much Hai really appreciate.
