“I can’t say enough good things about Bjarne and Elizabeth at the Brookhurst Street branch. From the very first moment I walked in, Bjarne greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and made me feel my best banking experience. He took the time to listen carefully, answered every question, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly for me.
Even though this branch is quite far from my house and I literally drive past 2-3 other BMO locations to get here, the exceptional service I received from Bjarne (and later from Elizabeth too) made it an easy decision to keep all of my banking here. really bad day . I think his name was Peter. I was cashing a ck from The City of HB . They had screwed up on my name. It worked out because it was normally a automatic deposit made monthly. This month they sent a hard copy of the check. Please let him know I wanted to thank him.
