“M3 macbook air screen assembly replacement went smoothly. While somewhat more expensive than other 3rd party sellers I would recommend buying from DV warehouse. I bought a defective screen assembly off ebay but only came to that realization after installing it and powering it on. Sadge. Paid the premium for a quality controlled screen and now have a fully functioning OEM/authentic screen for my laptop. Still disappointed in Apple. The display ribbon cable is still an issue and they don't seem to care about fixing it.”
“I have dealt with many electronic suppliers before, but these guys have incredible service. I am repairing a very old MacBook Pro from 2010. I needed a new charger for my OLD MacBook, and I saw they had an unopened one, brand new. So, having lived far away and never hearing about them before, I called the store to confirm it was in stock. The gentleman on the phone was super polite and checked to confirm it for me. I said thank you and ordered it.
About a day or two later, I got a call from an unknown number. I answered the call, and it was a representative asking about my charger because the one I ordered was specifically for an OLD MacBook Pro, and they wanted to make sure I got the right one. I said it was, and we both laughed. He then let me know I would get it by tomorrow.
I have NEVER had a company call me to confirm I got the correct item out of the kindness of their hearts. That is superb customer service, and if I could find any way to get them more business, I would. Give them a call yourself; you will not be disappointed.

“I took my laptop there Thursday afternoon. The charger wasn't working right. I had tried to replace tge cord with one from Best Buy. That didn't work either. I came here and by Thursday night they had already diagnosed the issue was that it needed a deep cleaning. The port didn't need changed or anything. Between the diagnosis and the cleaning my total was less than $200. I paid extra as my choice for the expedited diagnosis. I would HIGHLY recommend them and use them if needed in the future. My laptop works great now”
“I needed a new battery for my iPhone 15 pro, so for only $100 I hooked up with Mikey. He didn’t pressure me into anything more, and I had a great experience with him. It only took about an hour and a half, not too long but not too short either. I would highly recommend hooking up with Mikey to all of my friends.”

“Went in to have my ps5 repaired since the image wasn’t popping up they opened it and fixed the gpu ?. I’m giving them 4 stairs because I had to take it back because when I received my console back the first time it was cutting out pretty bad but I provided proof of it not working and since the warranty with them covered the repair they took it back and repaired it. My console works flawlessly now and I am grateful for not needing to purchase a new one or blow over 200$ Thank you!!”
“My iMac was getting a S.M.A.R.T. error; the hard drive was failing. Can't afford to buy a new computer so I was looking around to possibly get it fix and found AVS. They're local and nearby me and have good reviews. Customer service was super friendly, straight forward. Took it in for an estimate and was a good affordable price. I opted to get a higher SSD storage which they didn't have in stock so they had to order it. Took about a week to get it back. Everything is great, using my desktop again. Really recommend and would go back if I have any issues in the future.”

“Wow. I am super impressed with their service. The City of Lakewood has Jimmies tree service as one of their recommended list for tree removal. The 1st group has come to cut down the humongous tree in my parkway. There were about 7 men and a supervisor. One man cuts, other men maneuver the falls with a rope, other men picked up to grinder, and clean up. Job was done within an hour! Without any damaged to my hedge in front of it. Second group came for another day to grind the tree stump. They were on time and even early as expected. Grind the stump within an hour and cleaned up. Both group has done a superb job. I would definitely give this a 5 star with their fantastic service, plus their price was much lower than the other company. I'm glad the City Lakewood has recommended this company. I would highly recommended "Jimmies Tree Service" .”

“I am used to walking into electronic stores and fending for myself -as it’s hard to find sales people who know what the sell sometimes. I loved everything about my video and audio center experience phone call. They had the mount I was looking for -in stock! The video and audio center amazon warehouse lady was so kind and helped the best she could even though it was outside of her department . AND THEN THERE WAS MISTY. She is amazing. Friendly,patient and wow!! Knowledgeable. She was similar to an encyclopedia on electronics. Not only did she price match- she gave me the option of driving to the warehouse and picking it up there. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
Did I mention this was around Black Friday madness- They took the time to help and make it super easy for me!! Grateful beyond words for finding this gem!?”

“100% Ditto about Wendy. I have a 4 year old Prime 1800 U scanner that did not work after about 9 months of not using. I thought the problem might be the driver since both my wife and I have new laptops, one with Vista and the other with Windows 7. We left Wendy a voice message and she called back after only 30-minutes (much to my surprise). After having horrible customer service problems with other computer and electronic device support it was an amazing and positive experience to be able to listen to Wendy walk me through multiple software fixes to get rid of the old stuff and install the new stuff. End result, my wife and I now can simply plug in the scanner and continue with 2000 remaining slides. It could have been very easy for Wendy to say our device was dead and suggest we buy something new. She did not do that and I wanted to post this review so anyone that reads it will know just how honest and reliable Wendy is.... and a credit to her company for whom she has worked for 15-years.
