“I bought my Wacom Intuos Pro at MacHollywood and loved my experience. The products are authentic, and this store offers very unique services as it’s not common to be able to test out Wacom products in store. I think it’s special that they offer the ability to rent equipment as well, though I haven’t needed to do so myself.
I came in wanting to test out a couple of drawing tablets and Patrick made sure they were all available to me, including opening up a new box for the floor model.
He was attentive but didn’t hover- I felt free to take my time testing out all the features. He asked questions to help ensure I got what I was looking for, but didn’t push any unnecessary or out of budget products. He’s knowledgeable about all of the products that they carry, which is great if you need any help making decisions on such important purchases.
The selection is fun to look at, they carry many accessories to ensure that you are set to start working on your tablet as soon as you take it home.
I’m really happy with the drawing tablet I bought. I was upgrading from a 2013 model, and though the experience working with the 2025 model is night and day as far as pressure sensitivity goes, my original Wacom is still fully functional as intended for the technical capabilities of 2013. I imagine that this new Wacom will last me for many years to come, and I appreciate MacHollywood for curating a selection of only quality options.
Patrick is really easy to get along with and creates a warm atmosphere to shop in. I will certainly be back when I need new accessories, I hope this place continues to do well for many decades to come.”
“Went in to have my ps5 repaired since the image wasn’t popping up they opened it and fixed the gpu ?. I’m giving them 4 stairs because I had to take it back because when I received my console back the first time it was cutting out pretty bad but I provided proof of it not working and since the warranty with them covered the repair they took it back and repaired it. My console works flawlessly now and I am grateful for not needing to purchase a new one or blow over 200$ Thank you!!”
“AMAZING service from Michael!! I would give 10 STARS if I could. I had called in to see if they were able to replace the screen on my Macbook Air. Luckily they had a replacement screen in stock, so I dropped off my laptop around 4pm and they had my screen fixed and ready for pick-up by the very next day around 2:30pm! Everything was incredibly fast and efficient. They were also the most cost friendly repair shop around Ktown LA when I called 6 other repair stores in the area for price comparisons. I will surely be coming back to fix all my devices if needed in the future- so glad I found this repair shop. Thanks again, Michael and AVS Computech!”

They explained it would be cost efficient to replace my laptop instead of fixing and due to the time I had, we decided to replaced and it they charge a fair price to transfer everything from my old to my new laptop. “I am used to walking into electronic stores and fending for myself -as it’s hard to find sales people who know what the sell sometimes. I loved everything about my video and audio center experience phone call. They had the mount I was looking for -in stock! The video and audio center amazon warehouse lady was so kind and helped the best she could even though it was outside of her department . AND THEN THERE WAS MISTY. She is amazing. Friendly,patient and wow!! Knowledgeable. She was similar to an encyclopedia on electronics. Not only did she price match- she gave me the option of driving to the warehouse and picking it up there. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
