Then, we tried this location to change phones. We were attended by Hoover. Amazing guy, great service, very cordial and friendly, and process was smooth. “This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a phone store and I don’t say that lightly. The service here is absolutely top tier. Gio, the manager, went above and beyond in every way possible. He didn’t just answer my questions, he broke everything down clearly, gave me his honest opinion on the device I was considering, and made sure I truly understood my options.
What really stood out is that he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. His priority was genuinely helping me and my family get the absolute most value out of our plan. He strategized with me, showed me ways to maximize benefits, and made sure we walked out with the best setup possible, brand new devices and all, without feeling pressured for a second.
It’s rare to find someone who actually cares more about the customer than the commission, but that’s exactly the vibe Gio gives off. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition. If you’re coming to this location, ask for Gio. You won’t regret it.”

“Thank Jesus for the help. I needed to return two 5G devices and was supposed to call T-Mobile to process the return, but it had been many years and I no longer remembered the account number I used when I opened the 5G service. Jesus was very kind and helped me resolve the issue.

“I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help myself given the expert customer service I received from Franklin and the entire team at FTS Broadband. Our office recently switched over to VOIP telephones. Our previous system was wrought with weekly headaches. When I complained about it to a neighbor in our building, they referred FTS Broadband. Within a week Franklin's team was able to set up our entire office. Since that time, we have had zero problems. And, whenever a question pops up, I am able to reach someone at their office every single time.Thank you Franklin and thank everyone else at the FTS Broadband team!”
