“The representative at metro next to JCPenney are so welcoming eveytime I come in to pay my phone bill or to get my phone checked! In my last visit I was having trouble getting my account pin, I went to different metro’s store and nobody wanted to help me, they kept redirecting me to corporate. The representative Alma was able to help me reset my account pin by calling customer service, all while Lupe helped me troubleshoot my phone. Definitely will continue coming to this store !”
