“After almost 2 weeks of dealing with my service line being down, talking to countless phone agents and even visiting other Verizon stores with no solution, Jesus at the South Gate Garfield location fixed everything in under 10 minutes.
What started all my issues was trying to transfer my eSIM to a physical SIM card, and somehow nobody could get it resolved until I came here. Jesus knew exactly what he was doing, got my number moved over to a physical SIM quickly, and restored my service without the stress I had been dealing with for weeks.

“I visited the store at Tweedy like few months ago and Ali was working here after that i made some more visits at the store regarding my phone plan but i couldn’t found Ali at the store the girl told me he’s been to all the locations they have but today finally I found Ali again at the store tbh hes the best guy to deal with the best customer service and best advices regarding phone plan he gives to the customer I request all the people to come to this location for this guy only who really cares about people and their phone plans thankyou metro for hiring this guy 👍”

She answered all my questions and kept in touch when I went to exchange the Stylo 5 (I was dissapointed with the quality of the new model) The other girl I dont know her name but also very nice and patient. The reason I didnt give the 5 stars is because they dont have all the phones available, like I wanted the iPhone 8. But I got the galaxy A20 and I love it.”

“This T-Mobile spot is cool 😎 as soon as you walked you're greeted by the employees 😀 and they check you in and i like how if there's a line they let you know if the wait time this establishment has all the accessories you need for your phone I get all my phones here like my iPhones 15 17pro max and my galaxy s25ultra and soon my galaxy s26 ultra 🤣 😂 but another then that my experience was good 👍 😉 I'm definitely coming back to get my new phone”
