“I went to the store just to check out the phones and I believe I spoke with the manager. At first he asked me a few questions about my phone and what company do I have. He walked me through all the phones and found me the perfect phone that fits my budget and he also helped me with applying for a program that runs by the government for $50 off. So far I’m so happy with the phone I have. I’m glad I walked in the cricket store and spoke with him.”

“I bought two different items on two occasions on their phone app- for store pickup.
The whole process in both cases went perfectly.
They have parking spaces in the parking pot reserved for pickups.
They called within an hour of my on line order to tell me it was ready, and when I parked in one of the reserve parking spaces and called the # they gave me and within a few minutes they delivered it to the car, and in one case it was a large heavy item that two guys loaded into my car.
Couldn't have been smoother!”

“If you’re a size small. Don’t expect to find any clothes in your size. Palm Springs seems to take the title for the clothes with the least options in small size. Go figure. But other than that you’ll find everything else that is needed.”
