“I went to Palm Springs for a conference. This hotel was nearby and cost significantly less than the other hotels nearby. I assumed I'd be getting a terrible experience considering it was so much less expensive. Nope! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very kind and accomadating, and the location was great.
The hotel across the street is where the conference was held and it had a lot of things this hotel didn't. A few (very expensive) restaurants, more rooms, and a bigger pool. It also cost almost double what I was paying at Indian Wells Hotel. So it really depends what you're looking for. For me, I wanted to have a clean, comfortable bed that didn't cost an arm and a leg and that's exactly what I got.
I wouldn't hesitate to book the hotel again or recommend it to family and friends .”

“We stayed at this hotel over the Fourth of July weekend and had an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything made for a wonderful getaway.
The highlight of our stay was Jio, who took care of us in our cabana on both Friday and Saturday. His level of customer service was truly exceptional. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. He has such a genuine, positive attitude and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
Outstanding service like Jio’s is rare to find these days. He made our vacation even more enjoyable, and he’s a big reason we’ll be coming back. The hotel is fortunate to have someone so dedicated and personable on their team. Thank you, Jio, for making our Fourth of July weekend so memorable!”
