“S/O to the whole team esp Summer, Ashley, Jeremy & Bruno - you never know what you will find at a hotel whether you are a guest or staff, but it's in the way things are handled that matters. When we communicated any issues that came up we felt that we were met with kindness and hospitality at every turn. Thanks again Sands!”

“I had a wonderful stay at Esmeralda Resort and Spa in California. The views of the valley were beautiful, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. My room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The pools were awesome, and the spa and gym were great too. Everything came together for a really enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities”

“We stayed at this hotel over the Fourth of July weekend and had an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything made for a wonderful getaway. The highlight of our stay was Jio, who took care of us in our cabana on both Friday and Saturday. His level of customer service was truly exceptional. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. He has such a genuine, positive attitude and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. Outstanding service like Jio’s is rare to find these days. He made our vacation even more enjoyable, and he’s a big reason we’ll be coming back. The hotel is fortunate to have someone so dedicated and personable on their team. Thank you, Jio, for making our Fourth of July weekend so memorable!”

“It was a really awesome room, awesome pool, the only thing that I wish was better was, you pay so much for an awesome room, you should have another choice for breakfast at the hotel that isnt a subpar buffet”

“We stay here every year for the tennis tournament and absolutely love it. The location is perfect. The rooms are a bit older but last time we were there, they were changing all the mattresses. Which was sooo needed. The service is great.”
