“When people say let's go to the casino, Fantasy is the only casino in the Coachella Valley for me. If you get tired of gambling there's all kinds of things you can do. Sporting events. Concerts. Night clubs. And phenomenal hiking as well in the very close by (30 min dive) Joshua National Park.”

“Really nice, clean, well-appointed rooms. Pet friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was traveling with a friend and used the pull-out couch. It's the most comfortable I've slept on. Plenty of conveniently located plugs, etc. Near I-10, but very good sound-proofing. Very little freeway noise in the room and none from the adjacent rooms. I highly recommend!”

“Our car broke down 50 miles from town, we were 3 Seniors and a Lab. When we checked in the Man was very friendly, The next day there was another Man, and a Woman named Carrie, every one of them were extremely friendly and helpful. The Mechanic told us they needed to order parts and our vehicle wouldn't be ready till the next day. This Best Western is in LA Quinta, CA. we drove from Prescott Valley, AZ. driving to Santa Paula, CA. I asked if we could get a late check out. I said, because we didn't know if our car would be fixed the same day. We ended up renting a car, the Uber driver picked us up, ( Which Carrie helped my Wife sign up for). Never once did we get a snotty reply, or was told you have to be out at Noon! What we got was caring People that went out of their way to help fellow humans.”

“Staff was courteous, ground keeper's even said good morning. As old as this building is the owners did an excellent job of keeping it up...the only problem I had was a strong scent of cleaning chemicals upon entering the room, it went away after awhile so the issue was minor ? loved the dog at the reception area....the shower Pressure was perfect for me but may be a bit strong for others....”

“Rooms are spacious and modestly appointed, but everything works and the Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. This property consistently offers one of the best values available in Palm Springs proper. They’ve embraced putting guests in rooms, and it seems to be working. Check it out.”

“The room was huge. The bed was comfortable. They have a flat screen tv with Direct TV. HOWEVER it was hard to find the channels as I DON'T have Direct TV a channel list would be nice”

“Nice, attentive staff on all shifts! Good variety for the complimentary breakfast. Good location to be near shopping and a quick bite to eat. The bed was soooo comfortable! Absolute heaven! My HUSBAND loved it and he hasn't been happy with a mattress in the 24 years we've been together!! We brought a wireless speaker to listen to music in case we needed to drown out outside noise from the hallway or the freeway which is nearby, but the room was actually pretty quiet. There was some kind of dog show in the area that weekend and we saw at least a dozen dogs during our coming and goings over the weekend, but didn't hear one bark coming from a room!It was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back.Walkability: There is a shopping center just across from the parking lot, Ross (had to buy a bathing suit in JANUARY so I could give the pool a try!) Big lots, Dollar treeFood & drinks: Vallarta market is right there in the shopping center to stock up on snacks and grab lunch and a margarita at the little cantina INSIDE THE MARKET!”

“The hotel has been under new hotel management since April 2023. Many of the complaints on previous reviews have been corrected. This was my first time at a multi-day festival at the Empire Polo Field fairgrounds. I was very nervous about my three-night stay at this location due to online reviews. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well lit, and safe. If you are looking for luxury, you will have to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a comfortable, budget friendly hotel near the Empire Polo Field this is the perfect spot. The rooms are spacious, the showers have hot water, the staff is friendly, and the facility is close to the venue. We were very happy with our three-night stay!”
