“Iwent in to look at refrigerators and stoves, and ended up buying one of each. Excellent sales help from Bonnie Taylor! I expected higher prices, but they beat both Home Depot and Lowe's.”

“I am updating this review based on my latest interaction with Birch. Our microwave stopped working. Pirch coordinated it with local repair company for them to pull out the unit and re-install it after it was repaired ( as it requires more than one person and repair company wanted to change us several hundred dollars to send a second person). The crew of Ricardo, Zach and Joel took it upon themselves to work us in at the very end of their day to reinstall the unit. We really appreciate their willingness to go way above what was required. Thanks again for the great service.”

“Nice showroom, but it would be nice if they offered designers in the showroom without appointments. The folks there make an effort to assist, but the designer that has claimed us was running out the door when we made an unscheduled visit, and didn't even make eye contact as she ran past us. My client has done several projects there. Hoping this can be addressed.”
