“Excellent service all around — from the staff and repairs!!!! Vince is so straightforward, which made me feel very trusting to have my service done with Superior Auto Collision. I had a small dent on my door that I wanted repaired. I chose this shop over others bc I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of.

For example, I went to a different shop that was closer to me. However, I immediately felt like I was getting taken advantage of bc it is clear that I am no car expert. I have a used 2016 sedan and the other shop told this repair would be under $1000 at firsttt. However, the salesman pointed out EVERY SINGLE detail of my car that may likely need have to be replaced with all of the work they are doing (such as the door seal, which was completely fine). Then, suddenly it turned into a very, very BIG repair and I left the other shop with a $5k quote… the front desk kept calling me back if I was coming in or not.

I’m glad I listened to my gut, did some research and went here instead!! Vince assessed the repair, told me how many days it would take, offered a discounted car rental or uber home, and he simply stuck to his word like an expert. No secret up charges or add-one after the fact.

“Jim was just great both times we've taken our vehicles in there. The first time he repaired our vehicle and it looks better than it looked before the accident. But the greatest thing about Jim is his help in navigating the insurance, so we knew what was going on. He does not cut any corners or let the insurance bully him into doing anything last night at First Class job.

The second time we took a vehicle to him, we discussed the possibility of it being totaled. When I told him that we would want to retain the vehicle, if it was totaled, he really guided us through how to deal with the insurance company. He also could have made a lot more money from the insurance company by disassembling the car showing them all the things that were wrong with it. If he had done that we would have been responsible to pay for it being put back together. So knowing we wanted to keep the car he didn't take it apart, so it would be a lot easier and less costly for us. Bastoli puts it's customers first. Before their own profits. “Just picked up my car today (March 07, 2024) from Exotic Autobody! Someone backed into my parked car and damaged the entire rear drivers side door. My vehicle is a Alfa Romeo Guilia - Exotic Auto Body did a really great job and quality workmanship, almost like nothing even happened. It took a bit to get the job done but some things were out of their control (i.e. weather, parts delivery, etc.). I would recommend anyone to check this shop out! I hope I don't have to go through this process ever again but I know where to go if I have to.”

Everybody involved has been really helpful especially the front office folks including Lesly, Nancy, and William. The body per se shop including Omar and Fernando, did a great job on the paint. It's better than the Fremont factory in terms of thickness.

I liked that I can text him if i have any questions in regards to my car fixture. He did the estimate on a Sunday which is very helpful. I would give his body shop a chance to fix your car, the prices seem reasonable in my opinion.”
