The Atrium Hotel offers a mixed experience for guests. While the hotel has some nice amenities, such as a comfortable room, smart TV, nice pool area and fitness center, and helpful staff, there are also significant downsides. The biggest issue seems to be cleanliness, with reports of cobwebs in rooms and a major problem with roaches. Guests also note that housekeeping did not clean the rooms during their stay. Additionally, the steep $28 per night parking fee was a surprise for some, and is considered a major negative. Overall, opinions on the Atrium Hotel are quite divided. While the facilities and staff can be praised, the cleanliness problems and unexpected parking charges leave many guests unsatisfied. Unless these issues are addressed, the hotel may not be the best choice compared to other options in the area.
Always blessed by our stay here. Hot breakfast and quiet, cozy room.

This hotel is not very clean. There were cobwebs in our room and they didn't clean it while we were there. I recommend other hotels in the area over this one.

No information tells you that they are charging you $28.00 per day to park there after you already paid them for a one week stay!! Bad Service, Poorly managed. Money Grabbers!! Avoid this place!!
