“We had a birthday party for 12yo twin boys here and they did a fantastic job! Cameron and Dylan were our hosts and they were awesome with the kids. Total group was 12 boys including the 2 birthday boys. They let us in about 30 min prior to set up any food /decor that we had. They sectioned off an area for the birthday with tables and seats. They had a large backdrop screen near the dance floor that displayed Happy Birthday with their names and there was a DJ who played music. We had a 2 hour party. They let the kids sit down at the non-VR games while we were setting up. Guests checked in, ordered the flatbread of choice and players received a wristband to play. Players receive one flatbread (cheese or pepperoni) and unlimited fountain drinks. Cameron went over the simple rules with the kids and everyone had a chance to try the VR machines. 1-2 kids didn't love the VR experience or the roller coaster ride type of ride (sensory overload or slight motion sickness). But they still had fun on the sit down video game machines. They had a break around the hour mark to rest eyes and eat. Cameron had them all wash hands, wrote their names on food/drinks, helped pass out cupcakes. He pulled the boys and their friends up to the dance floor to sing happy birthday and blow out candles - DJ was there to play music. Then they had about 30 min to play afterwards. Overall great timeline and enough time for everyone. Adults were able to eat and relax. A couple of machines weren't working but it wasn't a huge deal. A couple of kids had to wait a bit for the VR machines as we had 12 in our party but don't think the wait for overly long. Once you book, there isn't much info on the email detailing how the party will run but once you show up, it all works out. We brought extra outside food (pizza and sandwiches) and drinks for the adults and it worked out great. They also have a cafe there. They stored our cupcakes in the fridge until ready for cake. Our little nephew also joined us and had a blast on the dance floor. Overall, big thanks for making our kids feel special and great job to Cameron and Dylan for being awesome with the kids. We look forward to coming back.”

“I don’t have enough great words to say about the Irvine improv, the location is always immaculate. The service is fantastic. The food and the burgers are delicious they have a vegan option burger on the menu. Really good ? I highly recommend the pretzel, and if you can, they have some bar seats which is the perfect viewing point to have your dinner and enjoy the show. I’m a regular as I live right down the street. Some of my top shows have been Christmas day with Gabriel Iglesias, Jeremy Piven, when he plays drums at the end of the show fantastic Carlos Mencias when he went and did a three hour set.”

“I was in town on a business trip and decided to try this spot out with a couple friends.We sat at the bar and enjoyed the ambiance and the bartender. We ordered a bottle of wine and the sausage penne pasta.I initially ordered the linguini but was not impressed. They changed out my meal with no problem.The scallion bread is really good too. I'll definitely be back to visit.”

“staff on the race tracks were friendly and very helpful. the young lady at the front counter did her job but had no customer service skills, I did not feel welcome at first. I'm 70 years old and raced with my grandson - you're people couldn't have been more helpful with me getting fitted and in and out of the cars.”

“So cute! Unfortunately we went as a rainy day activity on a Saturday and so did everyone else! So it was very busy. I will bring my daughter again when we come back to town. I get that it's a "musuem" but I don't love that you pay for every adult. Maybe 1 free adult with a child and pay for extra adults? Or adults a cheaper price. Just a thought. Anyways. You won't be sorry, that is a great place for younger kids and I highly recommend it!”

“Conveniently located five minutes from the airport with complimentary door to door shuttle service. Room includes a desk, microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of snacks and beverages at the front desk. Fitness area is well equipped.”

“The best hotel because it's close to John Wayne, little details of the room were awesome. With a little kitchen complete with all the supply that you needed and the bathroom as well. The only thing that is missing is toothpaste. It's a very relaxing stress free room with breakfast included on the rate. I'm not sure if they charge me for early check in but overall my stay here was awesome.”

“My husband and I stayed unexpectdly at the Sonesta Irvine Spectrum location for many months. We experienced several new staff and everyday business. Our experience was excellent. The Manager is extremely professional, respectful and does the best she can to help every guest. The rooms are clean, the property is in a perfect location - near hospitals and serene walking paths and the team is absolutely amazing! Brenda and Karen, Ester, Allen, Andrea, Edwin were the best. We truly appreciated our stay and will definitely visit when we are back in California.Rooms: Clean, comfortable and quiet.Nearby activities: There is a fabulous walking path behind the property extending for miles.Safety: Extremely safe!!!!Walkability: Depending on where you going. Access is about 10-15 mins. away.”
