“Clean *newer* hotel with excellent customer service. A lot of space! Clean kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Front desk offered to bring us a pack n play for the baby. Youtube casting worked perfectly. Plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. It all just worked out perfectly. Thank you. Oh, the 4 star is because the floor was dirty. My baby was crawling around in the room and had black hands and knees. He was eating someone else's hair so didn't feel clean. The window was really dirty. Also the air conditioner sounded like an airplane was getting ready to lift off. The Conair 1875 hair dryer was dead.”

“WOW! I stay 80-90 nights a year all over the country, and short of being a beach from hotel, this was the best property I've stayed at. The room was big and beautiful. The bathroom was very oversized and plenty large. The beds were very comfortable. Once you were in the room, you rarely heard any doors slam or people talking around you. That is not usually the norm. Most hotels you can hear every single door closing on several floors - not here. The outdoor area was remarkable. A putting green, table tennis, cornhole, a heated LARGE outdoor pool, and a very spacious hot tub. There are plenty of tables and chairs available. Pool towels and lounge chair towels are provided. I did not eat in the Bistro. As others have stated, parking is very high at $25 per night. I hope to stay here again sometime again, even if I have to drive out of my way.”

“Good breakfast buffet, small gym and nice pool and hot tub. Big room, but the TV didn't work (and even if had Hilton still doesn't have Chromecast), bathroom ceiling somehow had a lots of hairs on it, the shower leaked constantly wasting water, and the tub didn't drain so I was standing in a half foot of water when showering. Ample parking with reasonable rates. Friendly staff.”

“My room faced the freeway on the 1st floor. The noise was terrible. Besides the noise the room was clean and the hotel and staff were great. Highly suggest asking for a room not facing the freeway if noise bothers you.”

“One of THE BEST HOTELS in OC period!!!! Even though sometimes it’s better for me to stay at other hotels , I’ll always choose this one. Excellent customer service, clean and nice hotel , great accommodations, amazing and attentive personnel. Had a great pleasure to meet GM Chris who’s doing excellent job managing this facility. My fav people here are almost everyone. Gary at the reception is the DELIGHT! This hardworking man will make everything to make your stay comfortable. Yaritsa from evening social is pure angel. Like all and everyone makes you feel like you’re at home. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS! I’ll keep coming back 😽”

“I travel every week for work and have to say this has been one of my best hotel experiences. The staff remembers your name and the bar feels like a hometown bar. Rooms are clean. Wish that the bathroom doors could stay open. Somehow, mine would not stay open it auto closed. One more note, with how much you pay to stay here and how much you pay for parking you would think you got a free breakfast in the morning, that kind of stinks that you don’t. That’s my only comments otherwise really enjoyed my stay and love the bartender Stacy, she was so kind and sweet.”

“The hotel is exceptionally quiet and well furnished with comfortable beds. Housekeeping is a little under par, as one of the bathrooms was not furnished with any toilet paper. The fourth floor hallways reeked of strange odors, like rotted and burned fish stew and curry. The breakfast was also substandard. It offered some of the ingredients of a good breakfast, but fell short in key areas, like not having enough waffle irons, not having enough fresh fruit, not having any nuts or raisins to put on the oatmeal, running out of forks, having a poor selection of cereal, only one type of yogurt, and no pastries whatsoever.”

“Food was delicious, people were courteous, chairs in the ballroom were comfortable and cushioned nicely, bathrooms were maintained well and modern. Everything went smoothly at our large ballroom training! It was very beautiful. We had catered lunch with large round tables. Healthy food and the good stuff! I really enjoyed it!”

“We had a great stay! The hotel has a really cool resort feel, and my kids thought we were staying at the best hotel in the world because of the elevators. The staff was super friendly and brought towels and a pack and play up almost immediately. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels too. Breakfast was great with lots of options, but THE SALSA!! So fresh, spicy and delicious, I swear my grandma was in the back making it. We also loved the 5pm happy hour with snacks and chips & salsa. Great hotel for families and we’d definitely stay again!”

“Shannon is the sweetest girl I’ve ever met. I went to this hotel because, to be honest, I want having a good day or week. I don’t usually do hotels to get away. Last time was at extended stay also in Irvine. And that manager was a rude other worse I won’t say. Shannon, her appearance was sweet and professional. I had a problem with uber earlier in the day. She helped as much as she could on my phone. Hours later I came back down to grab something and she was still there, with a bright smile on her face. After having such a bad day, I was really happy to see someone smiling and going out of her way to make me feel life at ease”

“Ikram (the Manager) Unice, Melare were all super super accommodating and super nice. My girlfriend and I are still currently staying here and love the hotel and the people who work here. It’s an amazing place to stay they have a great pool and it’s extremely safe.”
