“We stayed here for 40 nights or so, and our experience was amazing. Our kids had fun,
My wife and I were able to rest, we had 2 small parties with friends, and the best Hotel breakfast we ever have had. We love the pool, the game room and the ping pong table. The rooms are big, and we loved the beds and the pillows.

I don’t remember all the names of the kind team in the hotel supporting all the time, but a few of them were Yazmin, Mikah, Paula, Luciana, Brian and the young lady with long eyelashes on the front desk (her name was difficult for me to remember).

We are planning to organize some birthdays here going forward.

I have 2 suggestions:
- Both grills should have the same high temperature. We used both, and the one through the restroom didn’t cook the meat. Please send me a message when that is fixed, so we will organize our Birthday here but we can’t Risk the food, so we will wait.
- Tha Jacuzzi is too hot, we have used many Jacuzzis everywhere and this is the first time that we were not able to stay more than 5 mins. Please reduce the temperature a little bit.

As I said, Amazing experience!!

Thanks for speaking in Spanish, it was helpful!!”

“WOW! I stay 80-90 nights a year all over the country, and short of being a beach from hotel, this was the best property I've stayed at. The room was big and beautiful. The bathroom was very oversized and plenty large. The beds were very comfortable. Once you were in the room, you rarely heard any doors slam or people talking around you. That is not usually the norm. Most hotels you can hear every single door closing on several floors - not here. The outdoor area was remarkable. A putting green, table tennis, cornhole, a heated LARGE outdoor pool, and a very spacious hot tub. There are plenty of tables and chairs available. Pool towels and lounge chair towels are provided.

I did not eat in the Bistro. As others have stated, parking is very high at $25 per night.

I hope to stay here again sometime again, even if I have to drive out of my way.”

“Kerry arranged a quiet room with an open view on a high floor and ensured the things I needed were in the room before I checked in, so that I would not be exposed to others once I checked in.

They also accepted packages for customers.

I did not hear airplane sounds in the room during the days or nights.

Unlike other Hyatt Houses or Hyatt hotels in general who gave me 2 bottles of water in advance or later, this hotel did not give me the water bottles for the days I did not receive them. They also charge $25 per night for parking. Other than those two, my stay was pleasant.

Booking an unrefundable stay scared me, so I hope Hyatt House in general would not ask for it. Then Kerry made it a nice stay for my academic visit for days.

I hope they continue to serve people with pain well, and their business will go well.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

A special thank you to Robir for providing outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. His kindness and attention to detail truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Customer service like his is what makes a hotel stand out.

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!”

“Very clean room and staff were nice. Hotel is close to airport with free shuttle. It’s the first hotel breakfast where they have miso soup and rice. Glad to be there during New Year. They don’t have a lot of restaurants around, but they are walking distance with good options.”

“Good breakfast buffet, small gym and nice pool and hot tub. Big room, but the TV didn't work (and even if had Hilton still doesn't have Chromecast), bathroom ceiling somehow had a lots of hairs on it, the shower leaked constantly wasting water, and the tub didn't drain so I was standing in a half foot of water when showering. Ample parking with reasonable rates. Friendly staff.”

“We have stayed here several times already, as it is at a very convenient location, with fantastic breakfast and great suites. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking comes at a cost of 25$.
Lots of enjoyment areas, like the pool, tennis courts, billiard table, mini golfing and much more.
They have a self service laundry facility.
Room cleaning is not available on a short stay, only if longer than a week.
This time the only issue we faced was that our bed made us itch.
Both of us!”

“Before diving into the details, I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the front desk’s Dorothy and the restaurant team—Jackie, Stacey, and Pepe. Your warmth and professionalism set the tone for an exceptional stay.
I've been a Hilton Honors Member since 2006, this property is perfectly located near the airport, the beach, Disneyland, and several other attractions. The entire hotel is impressively clean—from the lobby and public restrooms to the elevators, entryways, parking lot, and garage. The Wi‑Fi signal is strong in both the lobby and the rooms, and the digital key experience worked flawlessly. In-room amenities like the Keurig coffee maker, soft towels, and spotless bathroom were all on point.
The beds were comfortable, and the extra power outlets on the nightstand were a welcome touch. While the rooms run a bit on the smaller side, the thoughtful amenities more than make up for it.
The restaurant and bar are fantastic, 4 large TV's, Menu offering everything from kid-friendly bites to full entrées. Breakfast is especially convenient starting off with a self serve Coffee/Hot water island or relax and your table and enjoy service. Three solid options: continental, made-to-order, or buffet.”

“I stayed here for work last month and have been meaning to leave a review because it was such a good experience.

I have titanium status because I travel a lot for work, and my birthday happened to fall in the middle of this stay. The check in was excellent and the staff wished me happy birthday, and then when I got to my (upgraded) room there was a card signed by the staff and a gift bag with some snacks, a Marriott luggage tag, and toiletry pouch.

The room was great - clean/updated/spacious, this property has a M lounge for guests with Platinum status and above, the gym is large and well-equipped, the food at the bar on the bottom floor was good as were the drinks there and on the rooftop lounge/bar (which has a nice view). Also, the hotel is walking distance from the Spectrum which has lots of restaurants and shops.

This property is outstanding, but what stood out the most was the service. Everyone I encountered was really nice and having my birthday acknowledged like that made the fact that I was working a little less if a bummer.

This hotel definitely punches above its tier. It's the nicest Marriott I've stayed at and I would rather stay here than some luxury-tier properties I've been to.”

“We had a wonderful two-week stay, and the staff truly made the experience. A huge shout-out to Bruce, who was incredibly helpful and always had a pleasant attitude. He made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number; he genuinely listened to our conversations and even remembered small details days later. Then there’s Isaac, who ensured breakfast was perfect every morning. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest had what they needed, always with a smile for everyone. While the entire team was awesome, Bruce and Isaac truly elevated our stay.”

“The front desk employees are extremely helpful and nice, especially Milo. As a pilot for American Airlines I’m constantly staying in hotels across the globe and this hotel sets the bar high in customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend!”

“This is a four seasons type of service without yhe price tag. I love my experience the service was quick fast and reliable. We booked a suite and the size of the room made my 10 year old feel like he was in a small apartment! This place is perfect for family with kids!, or if you want a family safe vibe and it’s not loud screaming kids all over the place it’s family safe and I seen a few kids with the guest but also other guest like flight attendants and thought how convenient we are close enough to the airport but not
To close to be disturb by plane noise which I loved absolutely, this place went above and beyond my expectations four seasons type vibes for sure with a great price!”

“Shannon is the sweetest girl I’ve ever met. I went to this hotel because, to be honest, I want having a good day or week. I don’t usually do hotels to get away. Last time was at extended stay also in Irvine. And that manager was a rude other worse I won’t say. Shannon, her appearance was sweet and professional. I had a problem with uber earlier in the day. She helped as much as she could on my phone. Hours later I came back down to grab something and she was still there, with a bright smile on her face. After having such a bad day, I was really happy to see someone smiling and going out of her way to make me feel life at ease”

“The front desk lady was amazing! So helpful. They have a cool vending machine that makes hot meals in the lobby and they were good. The pool area is beautiful. Rooms are basic. The way house keeping folds towels is unique. Everything looks and smells clean. This place is much more quiet than the Hilton we stayed at next door last month.”

“A stunningly inventive brutalist gem of a hotel. Boutique industrial hotel in Berlin or a highway adjacent chain hotel in Orange County? La Quinta Irvine blurs the line and was truly the most interesting chain hotel I have ever encountered. Bonus points for the informational wall about its history as a lima bean silo and a solid pool as well.”
