I got an approval on new car loan for 3.25% for 5 years and they promised me, they give me this interest rate. But, I got cheated from BCU. They did not give me 3.25% interest rate. Instead, they gave me 4.24% interest rate for 5 years. I never seen this dishonest company. I never do business with them again.

Was on hold for 16mins and the representative had an attitude with me the whole time! The security of their accounts suck my account has been hacked 3 times already!!!

Had to do some CO-OP banking and the teller was very friendly and fast. If I lived in the area, I would look into banking here.
