“I don’t normally write reviews but I want to take the moment to share an incredibly heartwarming experience I had at Navy Federal, specifically with a banker named Becky. I’ve never been to this bank before I just stopped on my way home from my prosthetic appointment.
I am an above-the-knee amputee, and I was having a particularly rough morning when I walked in. You truly never know what a person is going through, but Becky’s warmth and kindness completely turned my day around.
She noticed me, treated me with the utmost respect, and was just incredibly sweet. During our interaction, she shared that she has a family member who is also an amputee. That small, genuine connection and the lovely conversation we had made me feel so seen and comforted.
It’s rare to find customer service that feels this human and compassionate. Just that little bit of conversation made me feel so much better and genuinely made my day. Navy Federal is lucky to have someone like Becky representing them. Thank you, Becky, for your kindness it meant more than you know!”

“Fernando and Arianna were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our auto loan process. They stayed past closing time due to an unexpected issue and still handled everything quickly and efficiently. Even though my fiancée and I felt bad for the delay, they reassured us and never made us feel like it was our fault. Their level of service and friendliness remained consistent all the way through.

Arianna was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She was communicative, honest about the situation, and kept us informed every step of the way. Larissa was able to assist me and my son (who is in another state) with a couple of transaction that I didn’t feel comfortable doing at an ATM machine.
